I had no issues during my stay. The property is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool. The service at the hotel was great. I really appreciated the excellent room and facilities, which were perfect for my needs. Since I was driving a rental car with friends, having the room paid for was a wonderful bonus. I truly appreciate you for that. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t a welcome drink upon arrival, which made me wonder what happened. I’m not sure why, but it would be great if you could remind about the welcome drink next time. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

A great place to stay. Close to the centre, yet quiet as it is up a small hill away from main road. Room was great, clean and spacious. Shower was brilliant, many jets and hot. Outside the room is a large area with comfy seats and a pool table. In the garden the pool is well maintained. There is a large car park. They staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a laundry service. When we stayed the restaurant was not open, but this didn't matter as the town is close and we kept fruit and cheese in the fridge. We did not use the TV. I can recommend this accommodation. Good value.

The property is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 5 mins walk and you are in pure heaven with silence and squirrels running around. The pool is a bonus as it kept the kids busy in the afternoon. The property is close to everything and the staff is very helpful and nice. Big breakfast in the morning. The beds are extremely comfortable

Great breakfast, so many options and healthy. Great great staff and great service. So helpfuld with everything and sweet, arranging tours and helped us also after we were leaving the place to another city. We had contact to the main staff 24/7 through WhatsApp and it was a great help to get tuk tuk, advices and more.

A bit difficult to find. Needed som signs near the bigger road and signs you can see when it’s dark.

Our room was very large and have everything we needed, including hot shower, AC, tea making facilities, fridge etc. Loved being able to sit on the terrace outside and look down on the pool and over to Ella Rock. The staff were beyond lovely and incredibly helpful. Used the laundry service which was great. The location was perfect for us - very close to town but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. See below re hill, though...

We honestly can't think of much but remember that this is at the lower budget end so the place is a bit rustic. If you're arriving by minivan be aware of the steep and tricky driveway. It was fine but your driver might need some warning .

When we arrived late (the train was delayed) it was pouring. The staff right away ordered food (Sri Lankan veg) after we asked for it. As the food was soooo tasty, the next day we went for dinner to the delivering restaurant “Matey Hut” just next to the tunnel as you arrive in Ella by car. In the kitchen the mother of the owner is cooking fresh curry upon the order. Best food we had so far! Now, the staff in the hotel are very nice and friendly. They served Sri Lankan breakfast made in the kitchen of the hotel upon our request. The pool is clean and well maintained. From the terrace Ella Rock can be admired if not covered in fog. Unfortunately, the view is blocked partially by on of the neighbors who also provides accommodation.

This hotel is so beautiful and incredible value for money. They greeted us with fresh juices and brought us to our room with a nice view over the town. The room was spacious and clean. There were a few ants on the wall but that is to be expected for a hotel in the middle of the forest. Pool was nice to cool off in and the pool table was lots of fun. Staff were all very kind and helpful.

We loved this hotel and are sad to leave. We already extended our stay by one night. The pool is perfectly clean with lots of sunbeds. It is the perfect place to chill and a short stroll down a hill to the restaurants and bars in Ella. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room had a fan but we didn't actually need to use it. The bed is comfy and we slept really well. And there's a pool table! It is such good value for money, we can't understand how it is so cheap.

Breakfast is pretty basic, we preferred to eat out.

Nice chilled place, the host/manager was very friendly and happy to help. Rooms were huge. Good buffet breakfast too. Pool table was perfectly level which is a rare thing!

We booked this place because of the pool, and it was just not clean for the whole time we were there. (I think they were changing the filter at the time or something). This was disappointing but otherwise a great place.
