The view is unbelievable. Paying a little extra for the water view is worth every penny. spent 3 nights here and really didn’t want to leave the room! Was offered a room on the 2nd or 9th floor, I took the 2nd floor because the windows on the 9th floor don’t open. Breakfast was really good. Room service was excellent…the chicken tonkatsu is delicious.

I hate to say anything negative but if you’re a 5 star hotel, the room should be spotless. way too much hair found in the room, and the urine smell in the bathroom/shower was overwhelming.

Excellent location in a beautiful building in the heart of Stockholm Amazing breakfast with great variety of options including a few a la carte, all very tasty and fresh. Spacious room (we had the superior one). We asked for a cot and were provided one.

Little to no shelf storage space in the room (due to choice of furniture / decoration) Bathroom toiletries were in their own recipients (sustainable approach appreciated) which were not working properly and were splashing soap / cream on clothes. Should be replaced for better experience No pool or spa - would be a nice addition considering the premium level of accomodation

The location of the Radisson Strand is perfect - we had rooms overlooking the harbour, so had a fantastic view of the vintage boats that are used for sightseeing tours. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the free afternoon coffee and biscuits are a nice touch, the rooms well equipped, and the beds exceedingly comfy! This is the third time we have used this hotel and we will probably stay there again.

We were disappointed with the quality and service at breakfast. On one occasion we were checked in when there were no empty tables, so had to wander around the room until a group had finished and we could use their table; on another we were presented with a breakfast menu and then no-one came to take our order; and on our last day we were given a QR code to scan for the breakfast menu (neither of us had taken our phones down to breakfast), and the previous offerings of omelettes and eggs benedict had been replaced by smoothies. Next time we will not book breakfast and head out into the city for something a little less chaotic.

Nice spacy room with (limited) font view on the waterfront. Luxury atmosphere. Great location in the centre of the city. Friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet area is cramped in some corners, with a lot of people around hard to gather your breakfast necessities. Most tables were occupied during our stay, and staff had a hard time (did their best!) cleaning out tables to make them available again. Sticky floor around the buffet area .. someone must have dropped a juice or something which had not been mopped away sufficiently. Guess we had the tough luck of being there in the busy season with a slight staff shortage. No doubt that this would have been perfect in the 'off season'.

The location, was in the middle of everything. Very nice view from the window. The staff at the breakfast were extremely polite.

Had an issue with an upgrade. After receiving around 30 automated emails, I decided to upgrade to a junior suite. I paid via their link online. However upon arrival I informed them and they still gave me the superior room. I had to change room, and when I checked out at the end of my stay they were a bit rude (the guy working on the 19th) since they asked me for payment and when I told him I already paid, he did not seem to believe me and I have to find the charge in my visa card (that was supposed to be in their system). All the girls in the reception were polite. Furthermore, no help whatsoever with our luggage even though it is supposed to be a 5star expensive hotel. Cleaning of the room could have been better.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and would definitely come back next year. Good location with helpful staff. The view during breakfast wins me every time.

Breakfast could be improved, the selection is good but I noticed it took quite some time for restock. Some rooms need renovation. Some walls/doors are dingy, scratched etc. There were 3 of us in the room (adults) and tea, coffee, slippers & towels were provided for only 2. Would prefer better selection of sweets at reception. Some candy for example. Not a negative thing, but strange for sure: there was a crib in our room. I notified reception and it was not removed. Made us company the whole stay. :)

Breakfast - Very good. Helpful staff particularly with dietary needs of Coelic Gluten Free requirements. Dinner menu was quirky and not suitable for someone needing special food or even seeking a more standard dinner option. Tapas style - or a quirky fusion ( Peruvian Japanese? ) does not suit everyone.

The room was clean, neat and functional but somewhat cramped. It was manageable but cramped. However, we expect that in Europe. It would be good to have desk space and/ or a second chair.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is in a beautiful location in Stockholm within easy walking of major sites and shopping. The breakfast is first class and the staff is friendly, professional and competent. Great value for the money in a major Capitol of the World! The overall experience was nicer than far more expensive hotels I've stayed at in other major cities.

No valet parking. This would have helped as parking around the hotel is limited as it likely is everywhere in central Stockholm. Finding parking was easy enough to find, but had to figure out how to pay correctly and make sure it was a legal spot to park.

Very nice hotel with a suberb location near to all main sights. Rooms are quite new and well equipped. Pricing is upmarket but so is the hotel. Service first class.

Be careful with the parking. There is parking spaces in the street outside that You can use with the Easypark app. BUT: You cannot park during the night between wed-thu. Or You cannot park the reverse direction as elsewhere in Europe. The parking guards are very active and at least 10 of the hotel guests got parking fines during our stay. So ask the reception all the details and regulations.

We had requested a room with twin beds but we were given a room with a double bed. We checked in and went upstairs to the room. I went back down straight away and the receptionist got us another room immediately and it was much better- a big improvement. Staff were very nice and helpful in restaurant and in the bar. Location was fabulous! We visited the Vasa Museum and also did the Archipelago boat trip and really enjoyed both!

The first room was very small- I would not have liked to be there. We were a bit puzzled about the tea facility at breakfast.
