We got exellent service. We came to Brig around nine o’clock in the morning, and hoped to have our luggage placed in a luggage room, rush to reach our train to Betten, take a long hike in the mountains, and check in for a shower and a good nights sleep. We communicated with the host about this before we arrived that morning, and when we arrived, we could get our room already! The check-in went fast, we placed the luggage in the room, and reached our train to Betten without running! The location of the hotel is perfect for that kind of plans, and the host’s flexibility was exellent. We enjoyed the room and a very good breakfast.

An okder hotel that had been nicely modernised. convenient for the station and the World Nature Forum where we had a reception. excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Friendly and hepful staff. goid sized room and bathroom.

Nothing - we were fortunate in that we were able to park two cars in the limired parking space

The hotel is quite close to the railway station, easy to reach on foot. It's also within walking distance of the center, where there are a few restaurants, bars etc and the castle. There are is also a supermarket nearby. The staff were very nice, after my friend inquired about a fridge, they actually brought a small one to our room, very appreciated.

The hotel shows its age quite a bit - the elevator for example, or the light switches, or some of the walls. Some refurbishments would help, I think.

The breakfast was simple but good; there was a great choice of cereals/muesli, along with bread, cheeses and fruit. The room was a little on the small size, but I know thanks to my colleague in another room that the sizes are quite variable. The location was ideal for me. Very near the station, easy to walk into town.

The tap in the bathroom was leaky, and the bathroom was very small. The WiFi kept cutting out intermittently. However, for the price, these things were reasonable.

The 5 of us were happy with our two rooms (they gave us upgrades) and our overnight in Brig. In Brig, check out the ancient houses on and around Judenstrasse on the way to see the Beinhaus ossuary that has 31,000 skulls (on Google maps it is "Beinhaus"). We had great food at Charisma Pizza and Kabob near the hotel. One pide with spinach and cheese and one Döner Dürüm with chicken were great and more than 3 adults could eat. The breakfast at the hotel was good.

An older hotel but it was very clean and rooms were huge. We also had a balcony which was nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. It was an easy walk into the old town.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Some might not like the proximity to the railway station but this was a plus for us and we actually liked watching the comings and goings of the swiss mountain trains.

It is located right in front of brig train station that connected to zermatt, also near walk to shops and restaurants. We booked a familyroom with 2 bedrooms and both rooms are nice. The bed is firm so you'll be sleeping nicely after your hike or touristy day and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. Oh, and the view! Amazing. And the staff is also very warm and welcoming, even we checked in late at night just before she end the shift. Thank you! We'll come back for sure

I loved this hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly and upgraded my room. The cleaning lady is doing an excellent job! The rooms was very good and comfortable, I loved the wooden floor and the comfortable bed. It hotel is situated very close to the train station so it's easy to get there by foot.

The cleaning products being used at the hotels smells very chemical, I wish they could use something more organically friendly.

There was a not so pleasant smell. Probably from the wood and one would get used to it, it was still there though.
