We spent a night there in a five-bed room. The room was not crowded with beds, there was enough space for everybody. Facilities were great. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was fine. The staff was very friendly with us.

We shared a balcony with other rooms and unfortunately, they were smokers, so we couldn't keep our windows open for fresh air because they were constantly outside smoking. Was a bit disturbing but it's not the hotel's fault.

Overall, good experience. Arrived very late and the front desk staff were excellent and accommodating.

The one staff member overseeing breakfast essentially yelled at us for sitting at a large table. As an American living in Germany, I have taken in the German culture of sitting at any table and welcoming all to join at the table, which apparently is not a common practice in Switzerland. It is unfortunate that this one gentleman felt the need to scold us.

Owners are very cooperative, respond immediately to requirements of guests. Hotel is having very good Gymnasium with the best of equipments. Infact we could use the night gym to our satisfaction. The hotel( daughter of the house) allowed early check in, and ensured pick up from the train station. For drop off, the son of the house/owner himself drove us to the station. This more than ensured that despite the property being away from town, we felt quite comfortable during our stay.

Comfortable mattress, large safe in room, nice breakfast, good options on evening menu, excellent value. Would not look any further when staying in this region.

Safe in one room did not work and nor did the phones but we were given a more than reasonable discount when we paid our bill and not really inconvenienced at all.

Great option for a family of 5. Loved having my whole family in one room. My boys loved the bunk beds! They also love sports, and really enjoyed the badminton courts and bowling alley. The price is also the best in the area for what we needed...we wanted to stay in or near Zermatt and options were very limited and expensive leading up to New Years.

The first night was marred by a loud party in the room next to us that went until 2 am. The manager was nice enough to finally offer us another room. There is also train noise from rooms with windows. Rooms are small, and mattresses and pillows are not what Americans are used to in a hotel room. Also, no creature comforts like extra power outlets or mini frigs. The on-sight restaurant was OK but a little overpriced. Our second day we enjoyed perhaps the nicest McDonalds we've ever been to, just 200m away!

Very large room by European standards. Very new construction. Good options for exercise/recreation.

The room was in a separate building across the parking lot from the main building where breakfast and all recreation facilities were.

no regular window in the rooms on top floor but beda were comfortable. lights in the room were a bit mininmal, in 5 person bedroom there was a lower corner with bed but no lights. still, value for money was great and helpful staff!

Great sports hotel for a family stay. Finally we were in one room! Even hotel has older design, it is super clean. Food was very good. Great quality foe a price.

Room was very large and very comfortable for 4 people. It have sofa and dining table.
