The location was perfect for the night before our flight home. The ease of walking across the street to get to the airport priceless. The room was spacious, we had a king with a couch and an enormous bathroom! The staff were lovely, the hotel was modern and sleek. The restaurant options were spectacular! I loved being able to sit outside to enjoy a drink at the bar.

I felt that the AC wasn’t able to cool the room down and they lacked pillows- only 2 for a king bed and one was very flat. My only regret was that I didn’t notice the rain shower option in the shower- I must go back again to try it out!

Hotel is in the airport. If you need to board an early flight, this is where you want to stay. Built Quality is wonderful. Bathroom is upscale, spacious shower and counter space with excellent lighting design. We feel right at home. You cannot hear any airplane noise at all.

Room size is average. The countertop magnifying mirror light did not work. I informed them the problem. They said the crew taking care of that went home and would fix it the following day. But they never did. We stayed 2 nights. It looks like there was LED strip lights around the headboard. That never worked either.

GREAT location walking distance from the terminal but feels very quiet and secluded - the park was an unexpected bonus for experiencing nature in the middle of the busy shopping areas in The Circle. The room was comfortable in every way (bed, shower, air conditioning). There could be no better place to spend a day or two in transit. I will be booking again before my return flight.

A bit expensive but that's expected, like everything in Switzerland. I would have preferred to take the stairs to the room but that is not an option (lifts only).

Everything! The location is amazing. Close to the airport and to railway station. Trains to Zurich leave every 5-10 min and it takes 15 min to get to the city center. There are some butiks and cafes near here . There is a round a clock mini supermarket just in the hotel. And it saved us a lot cause we came in the midnight and we were very hungry. Spacious rooms. Abondant breakfast.

The air conditioner didn’t work in one of our room . But as soon as we applied to the reception, they provided us another room. Windows in rooms don’t open - a note for those who cannot sleep with the windows closed. The breakfast could be last a bit longer until 10.30.

The location was excellent. It was a 3 minute walk to the airport terminal. They have good restaurant options. It's easy to access transportation , shopping and other restaurants. It was very clean and safe. The staff was very professional. The hotel had a great design style. It also has a spa and gym.

My room was a little dark in terms of the available lighting. I would definitely recommend they add additional lighting options. I would have liked it if they offered more towels.

Breakfast was very good. Choice and freshness outstanding.

Nothing comes to mind in general. For travelers not on budget perfect place to stay when transferring through Zurich as this hotel is a short walk from the Airport. Comes with a price of course. One night for two with breakfast close to $300 but we expected that and it was no surprise. There are much cheaper places in the area of the airport accessible with a short taxi ride or bus.

Beautiful, new hotel with serene setting in the lobby, and PERFECT location at the airport (walking distance to terminal, 3-5 minutes tops). Quiet room, comfortably appointed, great mattress and pillows, lovely bathroom. There was even a "nightlight" setting in the room that illuminates a small group of lights that are along the floor and pointed down - just enough to light the way to the bathroom or mini-fridge in the middle of the night without waking your travel partner. Quick and easy check in and check out, and friendly, helpful front desk staff.

Tried calling guest services 3 times after check in with various questions, and never could get an answer. Also, I got up in the night on two different occasions because I was too hot, only to find that the thermostat which I had sent to 18 degrees Celcius, had bumped back up to 19.5 degrees. I can only assume that this is some energy-saving default, but it resulted in me not sleeping well because I woke up sweating multiple times.

great location- walking distance to main airport terminal clean and up to date room. deco of hotel as a whole is very cosy. love the blackout curtains variety of English tv programs for stay in days shopping outlet downstairs supermarket at main terminal which is so close to hotel. staffs are very friendly and welcoming :)

slightly pricy; but it’s legit good. air-conditioning unit will set back to original temperature despite turning it colder. can be slightly hot at night.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with three large serving tables of everything you could want from hot scrambled eggs and bacon to fresh croissants, fruit, and yogurt. This place is definitely upscale. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit saggy in the middle of at least one of the beds in our double twin room. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport is a real gem. 3-minute indoors walk from the airport terminal, new, stylish, quite, with terrific staff. (Thank you, Zsombor at the front desk for all your help!) The beds and sheets are heavenly, beautiful bathroom, inviting indoors and outdoors (!) space at the Club level. It has a nice 24/7 deli store with tasty and healthy sandwiches, bakery, drinks, with a full restaurant right next to it. The tram stop and train station is just a few steps from the front door, and took us to the heart of the city - 15 mins by train or 30 mins by tram (same price). We’ve never rolled to our connection flight this refreshed and happy next day!

I wish there were more hotels just like this in other big airports!
