Friendly staff upon arrival. Kindly got a room upgrade for my short stay. Bar staff friendly. Morning breakfast staff were cordial. Any request I had (e.g for a wake-up call) was politely responded to.

I would suggest a signature scent for the hotel. It smelled a bit ashy due to many guests smoking around (and maybe in) the hotel. And my room had a few pieces of transparent plastic from packaging & blonde hair on carpet in it but very clean otherwise. Shuttle schedule at Airport could be clearer! Didn´t have updated times on it and caused some panic since I thought I missed the last one.

Great, welcoming staff, clean and good quality of items in the room. 3 elevators were so effective that I didnt feel I was on the 9th floor . Apart from good facility, the two ladies at reception were great and helping a lot . I felt welcome and they've taken extra step many times. You cant find such good and effective staff that often. Thank you.

At first, I thought I was very far away from town, but the receptionist helped, wrote down which tramp I should take and which station to get off. It was easy.... The only think I noticed is the smoker would smoke outside in the main door that was organised ,for them however they would be just standing in front of the door and as a non smoker, each time I would get out of the main door or arrive, I had to inhale the smog!!! And being an allergic Asthmatic, it was not really pleasant .

Hotel was, as usual, excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was very much appreciated.

We wanted to eat at the restaurant in the evening, but were disappointed by the limited and rather overpriced meals that were available. There seemed to be a preference for vegetarian meals. We therefore went to the Radisson Blue hotel in the airport and enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced meal there. Theres seems to be a missed opportunity for your hotel here.

Airport shuttle, Reception staff really polite and helpful, upgraded to a better room.

6 nespreso coffee pods, 6 sachets of coffee, 6 tea bags but just 2 sachets of coffee whitner - really! Restaurant staff rude and ignorant, stood for 20 minutes waiting to be seated but ALL staff ignored the three couples in the queue and when we finally managed to get one of them to speak to us she informed us in a really off hand way that they were really busy and and no tables despite the fact that there were at least 4 tables laid and ready, she just walked off and left us standing, needless to say we did not bother waiting.

The Hotel experience was excellent, save the fact that the restaurant for the evening meal was a disappointment. The service was not particularly good (almost rude at one point - no politeness: "you must wait" (in SwissGerman)), and it was not possible to have food that was on bar meal menu while sitting in the restaurant --- this was a disappointment, and it only became evident after ordering drinks. After a long flight, a light meal was what would have been appreciated, but the menu was quite limited.

The food/restaurant was excellent and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. We had an early morning flight, and the shuttle is a first come first served. So a few families had to wait for the next shuttle, but it is only 20 minutes between shuttles.

The location was further away from other restaurants than expected. Didn’t impact the stay too much as the restaurant on site was exceptional.

The staff were so friendly especially the chef who cooked our eggs exactly what we ordered and the waiter sorry didn't get her name but she went above and beyond to make our stay a most memorable one. This was my second time staying at the movenpick and both experience was amazing thank you so much to all the staff for making our weekend one we will never forget. I would highly recommend this hotel the location is also excellent❤️

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel

I liked geographical location. Being close to the airport is always an advantage

Shuttle was not big enough to anticipate a bunch of people heading to the airport early in the mortining. I had to opt for paying a taxi. Hotel might want to have a 2nd shuttle for only a couple of hours in the morning. Otherwise, people waiting can get really up to their nerves...problems may arise.

We had to stop here for a missed connecting flight. They accommodated us nicely even though we arrived before the check-in time and my family could sleep because their flight was long over night and couldn’t go about touring the city.

One thing I had a little hard time was the AC but they nicely explained how it works. I suggest you post a laminated direction on top of the thermostat.
