Close to airport, good food at the hotel bar/restaurant.

Shuttle could have been easier to find.

The room was comfortable and the shower very nice, soft pillows. The shuttle bus to the airport was cheap and reliable, got us to the airport on time and a the driver was very pleasant.

The only issue I had was that there wasn't a round power socket anywhere in the room, only a swiss socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. I also understood that breakfast was only served from 7am and we needed to leave for the airport before then, but it was available earlier and we could have booked to have breakfast there at the hotel. Also, I didn't know it had a restaurant so we had food before we arrived, but if I had known there was a restaurant on site, we could have avoided trying to get food before we arrived.

Much better than I was expecting. The room was really big, free mini bar was an added bonus and really nice modern clean design. Really close to the airport - I got a bus on arrival from the airport train station, which only took ten minutes with about a 8 min walk and then took the the tram to the airport, which was only a 3 min walk away and took about 10 mins. Didn’t hear a single noise from any other guests.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows were really flimsy, I think there was a plastic protector under it all which I could feel. I still slept fairly well and thinking about it I could have shoved the dressing gown under the pillows and probably would have slept perfectly. There was no iron in the room, I decided to just wear the sane thing for my short flight - didn’t ask reception so they might have still had one.

location was superb, friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. the staff were happy to keep our luggage safe for us whilst we explored the city on our long layover, and ordered us our airport shuttle to get back to the airport. the shuttle from the airport as well is very convenient. the room had everything we needed and it was very close to the airport and the tram stop. such a great stay and experience, would definitely recommend

The room, the close proximity to the airport, the shuttle service, the helpful staff. The 4 a.m. shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful.

Of course, this is a given for any "airport hotel": the sound of airplanes and trains was pronounced on the side of the building my room was on. In the future, I will bring earplugs. The hotel itself is lovely and the location is helpful, so this is a trade-off that comes with the territory that earplugs would remedy.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes car ride from the airport terminal. The room & bathroom is of a good size, clean & comfortable. Staff was very professional and nice. Check in was fast. Breakfast starts at 6am was good with scramble eggs, boiled eggs, many choices of meat items, cheeses, cereals, fruits & vegetables, juices and bakery items.

The pillows are too (super) soft to my liking and I can't think off anything else.

We know Switzerland is expensive but found the wine and food price at the hotel absolutely over the top. Also found it very difficult to find where the shuttle left from at the airport and wandered around with suitcases for 30 minutes trying to find it. No one knew and the signs pointing the direction were confusing. Direction says between terminal 1 and 2. I think the hotel should make it clearer with a map as when you arrive you dont know where Terminal 1 and 2 are.

Our room felt newly renovated, and was a lovely, big room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with a great shower. It was easy to get to the closest tram station, only about a few minutes walk, and we were able to catch the first tram at 4.55 for our flight which was extremely convenient - otherwise, the hotel do run a paid shuttle service.

The room was perfect for our disco nap between our connecting flights. The member of staff even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Very nice service and the hotel was extremely clean. We run a small hotel in Greece and know how important cleanliness is and where to spot where something is dirty. This hotel is spotless. I don’t understand other guests’ reviews.

Everything was good about the hotel. It was close to the airport, breakfast was good but could have done with more variety such as types of eggs available to order for example, fried or sandwiches for kids. The room was spacious and clean, reception desk staff members were really helpful. All in all it was a good experience.
