On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady (we think her name was Kae, but can't remember). She made check in very easy and was super helpful with advice on transportation and timings for our day out the next day. Our room was very spacious, a massive comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was well looked after, with the use of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. The swimming pool was very nice, a great way to relax and unwind. Location was good, just a short walk from the nearest tram which can take you anywhere!

The shower - it did not have a door. This made shower time turn into an indoor water park! The water went everywhere on the floor, we used way more towels than we actually needed just to mop up the water from the floor. This is a really bad design!! The pillows on the bed were square shaped and had far too much stuffing in them. Bring back rectangular shaped pillows! I understand it's Zurich, but the price is a little high for being so far away from the lake itself. Luckily the tram being so close helped.

Room well kept and clean, There is every thing you need when you are on a Holiday. BREAKFAST IS AMAZING I experienced Crown Plaza in Crawley England and it's just the same There is a big variety and selection of nice and proper breakfast food and even nutrition food. Location is very near the center just 5 minutes away with the tram. Tram station is only 4 minutes walk and with in 15 minutes you will arrive Bellevue see that is the heart of Zurich city center.

They just need to organize a waiting space for tourist that are waiting for their taxis or flights. although you can find Nice glass bottles to drink there are no coffee machines. but all around there is nothing that I didn't like. One can rest his mind that Crown Plaza is one of the best to stay.

Staff are nice and friendly (the front reception staff that checked us in was very nice and helpful). Great variety for breakfast with omelettes cook upon request. The hotel is clean with daily house keeping. Gym and pool is part of fitness club on the basement floor. Location was approximately 15min by tram from the Zürich main station, an additional 5min walk to the hotel.

The shower door was a glass screen and not fully enclosed. We found water was leaking through the glass screen. The gym and pool opening hours was at 9am and closes at ? 6pm on the weekends. Weekdays was 0630 to 2200hrs

It was my second time here and it confirmed my opinion, Crown Plaza Zürich is a beautiful hotel to stay in, all the staff without exception were kind and professional. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very good wifi signal. The breakfast was really good and complete, both savory and sweet, with a chef preparing delicious homelettes and eggs on the spot. The welness area is really relaxing with all comforts. A very positive stay that met all my expectations.

The hotel is very nice and well furnished, the staff very kind, professional and always present, the spacious and quiet room, the comfortable and large bed, the bathroom with spacious shower, the wi-fi signal always perfect and fast. The breakfast included in the price is very varied and rich for both sweet and savory with the cook who cooks the eggs in any way you want. The breakfast attendants are very nice, always helpful and friendly. The room price includes the use of the wellness area with gym, sauna, turkish bath and swimming pool and the staff here too is very kind and professional. Very positive experience, recommended, location close to all services and public transport stop just 5 minutes walk.

The only note is that I had to wait to get the room free, probably due to the large number of reservations, but the staff tried to solve it as quickly as possible in an always polite and professional way.

It’s clean & comfy! A lil walk to the train station! Staff were good & accommodating! I also like the free water everyday! It has a small fridge to put some stuff! And it has a kettle to heat water for coffee or tea which they also provide! So we buy croissant or pastry to have breakfast before we head out! Breakfast at the hotel is pricey as well as outside! So this is a lil bit of savings. They also clean up everyday with new towels! Room is very clean!

Not much that I didn’t like! Everything is good so far!

Location was really good, easy to get to public transport and supermarket was close. The sauna and pool were lovely too, just wish it was open earlier on weekends. Beds comfy. Room service everyday. Nice bar in the hotel too.

One of our duvets were taken on the last night and we contacted reception about this and we were given a blanket - it was way too cold for this to be suitable. The room service also never replaced our face towels, and we had people trying to enter our room everyday from 7am.

Breakfast was good, staff service was excellent. Location is 5 minutes away from tram, and 15 min away from main train station (bahnhof). If you have plans to go to multiple places, then you need to take these times into account. Location is close to good food places as well. Zurich is well served by trams, trains and boats. Get the day pass to make the best of things. Speak to multiple people in the information centre in the bahnhof. Also use google maps to local places. You'll be just fine. As muslims, we needed halal food which was available close by (note: Swiss laws do not permit animal slaughter, so halal food options are limited. Halal meat is imported from outside and this is what is used. Some may lie abt halaal food so be careful as well).

A central place very close to the city center There is a train station and a tram very close Line No. 2 comes to the city center Available every 15 minutes There is a Migros supermarket nearby There is everything from everything at reasonable prices A very clean and tidy hotel, smiling and kind staff members, excellent service above expectations, neat rooms, there are coffee and tea making sets in the room and an electric kettle, very tidy and clean showers, including bathrobes, highly recommend the place

Overall it was a good stay

especially the breakfast is an experience, Ms Eirini and the guy who cooks the eggs before your eye, plus the great ham and all the goodies makes Crowne in Zurich a real joy

everything was perfect. Our flight was very early, so at 3am Sadik was in charge of the reception. He called a taxi for us, and we walked together in the empty kitchen of the hotel (just one employee there) just to give us 3-4 croissants and two coffees for free... we just loved our stay in Crowne Zurich, like in Amsterdam a month ago, like in all IHG hotels
