Good location and efficient room set-up. The rooms were a bit smaller than they appear in the photos, but have cabinet storage space for luggage. We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 travelling with 2 university age sons. Afternoon check in was easy, we were able to get into our rooms early with no extra fee, and on site reception staff was wonderful. Easy walking distance to Zurich train station, Swiss National Museum, and Altstadt. Kitchenette had just the right needed items for us. Grocery stores are several blocks away towards Altstadt. Room was clean. There is a restaurant, laundry facility, workout room, and elevator in the building if needed. The lobby was much cooler than the rooms temperature wise, had plenty of comfortable seating areas, and wifi worked great for a member of our family who did some remote work. There is a quiet atrium near the lobby. The on site reception staff were great. I observed them deal with some difficult customers with grace, and they provided good customer service in handling issues within their scope.

If coming from the US where air conditioning is the norm - this hotel does not have A/C. We were aware of that when we booked. We didn't think it would be too much of a discomfort as we planned on mostly being out and not in the rooms that much. With the heat wave and being on an upper floor, it was at times uncomfortably hot. A fan was provided and we opened the windows at night to cool down the room. Unfortunately, with loud people outside the back of the hotel late at night we were woken up several times. To avoid this perhaps check for rooms that open to the central courtyard above the atrium which might be more quiet. If you visit other than in summer during a heat wave, this probably wouldn't be an issue.

Easy walking distance from train and bus stations, grocery and other shops around 5-10 minutes walk away. Tram goes directly from Zurich Airport to just behind the hotel. Comfortable room, very clean, sufficient storage space plenty of kitchen utensils including pans were provided. Far enough from the heart of the city centre that nights were nice and quiet aside from occasional rumbling from trams.

It wasn't explained how to throw rubbish out (no room service for apartments). I had a repeating issue of my key card not working and had to keep going down to reception to have it reset. But nothing that ruined the stay.

Good location, nice new and clean hotel. Friendly staff. There is a nice gym and sauna free of charge. Nice bar, a little playground for chidden, beautiful lobby.

We had to wait for our room to get ready until 4 pm and then we had to change room, because the heat was not working and it was very cold. Also there was a continuous buzzing noise during night issued by the mechanical engineering.

Location was great for us, given we were arriving/departing Zürich by train. Rooms were modern and clean, hotel breakfast was tasty and well-stocked.

Apparently they don't really do air conditioning, but instead some kind of "water-cooling system" for the rooms. It wasn't bad at all, but given the lack of ventilation of your typical hotel room, it was just a bit stuffy (though to be fair it was HOT in Zürich while we were there).

I loved the location of the property and Appartment is just perfect for family needs. I loved the way Appartment was decorated for my mom's birthday. Thanks Neetu

Just one little room of improvement -Adagio should provide house keeping and daily cleaning for Appartment also.

Hotel is very centrally located. This makes it easy to get anywhere you need to go due to its proximity to the train station. The room is reasonably sized for the price and has the basics you would need for a kitchen. please note, if you arrive early, your room will most likely not be ready as they need to be cleaned and such. their check-in time is 3 PM. Your room will most likely be ready at 3 PM. If it happens to be ready in advance, there is a fee for checking in early. Plan your day accordingly and maybe drop off your bags and go to a Museum or lunch if you arrive early.

you can hear your neighbors, so it is not soundproof by any means, the door to the bathroom is a heavy self closing industrial fire door. One open it is very large and in the way of the entry. So you have this awkward door you’re either pushing closed, opening up or generally stepping around your entire visit. staff is incredibly nice although since it has two hotels, and one for check in, it can get hectic.

no room cleaning the first 6 days. cleaner enter the room without knocking and checking whether there is guest inside.

The breakfast is good value for money, with eggs and fruit. Eggs can be boiled by themselves, which is very good. There are No. 11, No. 14, and No. 10 cars nearby. The traffic is very convenient. You can take No. 14 to the train station, and next to the station is the COOP supermarket. The kitchen utensils in the room are complete, and you can cook by yourself after shopping in the supermarket. WIFI is fast. The coffee bar downstairs is very cozy. There are books to read in the coffee bar, and there are train timetables on the wall. It takes about 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station, so you can wait for the bus at the hotel instead of staying at the cold station。

The air conditioner is limited to 26 degrees, and the room is not too warm.

The room was very large compared to other hotels we stayed at in Zurich. It was updated, stylish and modern. Very comfortable

A glitch with the water heater (apparently, the whole hotel was affected) meant we couldn't get hot water for a shower in the morning, but it was fixed by the afternoon. A bit of a drag, but it didn't affect our impression of the hotel as comfortable and spacious. Great value for money in Zurich, which is an exceptionally expensive city. Earlier in the week we stayed in a nearby hotel that had a terribly small room and was much more expensive. We moved to the Aparthotel and were glad we did.

The location is perfect. Close to everything and very convenient. Breakfast has a wide array of choices. The room was clean. It was a bit small and you had to be sure the bathroom door was closed before opening the main door or else you would not be able to open either door.

Parking is very limited. When we checked in, the front desk staff helping me told me we had to park in another facility. My husband then saw the gate of the parking open so he came to the front desk, and another staff told us there was space to park so we were lucky. The parking facility is one of those that has to move cars around in order to make the cars fit.
