Everything My stay at the 6-Star Eco Sensations Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the level of service provided by the staff, especially Ali, was unparalleled. Ali went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect, from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which was already luxurious and eco-friendly. The attention to detail in the hotel's design, with its sustainability initiatives, was truly impressive. It's rare to find a place that combines opulence with a commitment to the environment so seamlessly. And then there was the food! The dining experience at Eco Sensations Hotel was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. There was nothing not to like

The resort is up there with places i have been in maldives, seychelles and Caribbean, the soft white sand throughout the resort is incredible and they general ambiance is perfect! I managed my expectations about the food because it is Africa.. but there was loads of choices and overall it was very decent and the all inclusive alcohol was absolutely fine! The staff were amazing and always went out there was to accommodate every request! The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Its quite far from the airport but not a big deal

Hotel is brand new and feels very luxurious. Overall staff is very lovely and our butler Ally was the best. He definitely made our honeymoon stay extra special by taking care of reservations, excursions, transfers and even asked the kitchen to prepare us Zanzibar dishes (outside their usual menu). Kitchen staff makes the most delicious food as well. We also got a free room uograde so overall we had a great stay filled with great memories

Nothing to not like but as they are a new hotel few things that were mentioned on their ad pages or food menus were missing. I.e we’d order a dish and some stuff that was mentioned that would come with wasn’t part of it etc.

I really was a little skeptical when booking this resort due to the fact that it's relatively new and doesn't have much online info and reviews. Bookings reception needs to improve the communication with the guests before arrival and it's really hard to find the resort as there are no signs on the main road. The pre arrival experience was a nightmare but BOY DID THEY REDEEM THEMSELVES when we got there. What a beautiful experience, definitely one for the books. This team knows the meaning of all inclusive when it comes to service delivery, our feet where thoroughly washed on arrival and I regret packing a whole bag full of shoes cause I didn't even wear a single pair.I'll forever treasure our stay here. MAGICAL GETAWAY!!! Special shoutout to the best butler Zabibu (This girl deserves a promotion) and her wonderful team (Amazing team that will serve you with a smile even on their bad day/s), Luca (one of the Masai's that was protecting us), the whole staff at the bar, Chef Khairul and the spa team (best spa treatment of my entire existence). The team is unbeatable, and if they keep the same standard, this is one hotel to look out for. I honestly wanted to stay here forever and cannot wait to come back soon.

The lack of signage on the roads and lack of communication before arrival. The beach is a public beach so it can get a little crowded during the day, but it's really safe and the locals are so friendly and a gem to gel with.NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER ACTIVITIES even on an all inclusive package, but I'll let this one slide since they are relatively new.

We re-located to this hotel from another in the area as we were looking for a more private / luxurious experience for our honeymoon. Given the recent age of the hotel and lack of review online we were admittedly a bit hesitant but were immediately put at ease upon arrival, where we were warmly greeted, had our feet washed / massaged and were introduced to our personal butler ! The service is simply unparalleled, the level of care and attention to detail is unlike anything we had previously experienced. The limited number of rooms certainly helps with this as often times it felt like there was more staff than guests. The room was immaculate, modern and spacious (we booked the deluxe room). There is also a WiFi extender inside the room providing the fastest internet we encountered on the trip. The food was top notch, with plenty of variety each day from an a la carte menu. There is also a tepynaki restaurant available for an additional fee.

Best hotel in Zanzibar, and we tried other 5star hotels too. The facilities, design, staff, pool, rooms, cocktails, service - 200 percent. All brand new. Very cozy. Especially the staff were amazing. We asked for fresh seafood barbeque, and they organised it for us. Tepanyaki dinner was also great. I wish we could stay longer!

The food sometimes was not quite there, esp the Western dishes, but overall a great experience.

Great hotel, great food and a very intimate feeling since there aren’t too many rooms. The rooms are absolutely amazing and the hotel is in general gorgeous. Very nice pool and beautiful bars.

Not having a clear list of activities that we could book.

Wow wow this hotel is breathtaking, we enjoyed every moment of our stay here. Super friendly stuff, well trained and very attentive. The place is very clean and well taken care of. The staff made our anniversary very special, an experience we will never forget. We were told we are the first South African’s there and that made our experience even more special. This hotel is immaculate I highly recommend.

It’s one hour and a half from the airport and the route to it from the main road is completely destroyed and through villages, which is really awful and annoying.

Location, People & property are excellent. Truly amazing! Wvery single staff was super helpful Special mention & kudos: Janet for taking care of us so well throughout & Chef Andy for making us some great Nasi Goreng & rest of the vegetarian meals, from the heart Would love to come back again!

Spa - Complete disappointment. Hope it improves, as these are initial days.
