The experience from airport pick up was very smooth and seamless, the driver we were allocated to was very patient with us . Our room was prepared in advance and we enjoyed the serenity, the meals were freshly prepared and with good variety, the staff were so kind especially when we once forgot to lock our valuables they went the extra mile to guard them till we returned to the room.

The WiFi wasn't well set-up at first, the codes were not working which meant that we needed to keep requesting the front office to give us short codes, maybe you could explore another WiFi solution?

We were very happy with the staff, who was always very kind and able to manage every situation. We also had a problem with our visa due to the airport personnel inefficiencies and the hotel management were able to support us and solve the situation. The hotel is on a beautiful beach, food was great (both breakfast and dinner), good gym with technogym machinery. we absolutely recommend Bluebay.

The internet connection was a bit slow and crashing a lot. We would like to point out that dinner means only food, it does not include any drinks, not even water. I think it should be better to specify it during the reservation process.

The hotel staff is so extremely honestly nice, warm, loving people. We got the junior suite, it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it big time! It’s a huge room, furniture comfortable, walk-in closet, big bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a 2 person shower in a private outdoor garden, nice private terrace. The good thing about the junior suite is that you don’t see many other hotel guest, it’s only a few rooms in a big garden connected to the beach, where the other part of the hotel feels a bit packed. The junior suite comes with a very comfy private double bed at the beach. The food is incredible, so much variation, healthy veggies and fruits and ofcours some unhealthy if you fancy, good drinks, the pool is big and comfy. The general manager is super friendly and if there’s a problem he really does his best to solve it! The resort is located at one of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen. The low and high tide has both its own beauty. Most of the guest are polish… I would definitely come back for the lovely beautiful people working there for a super chill vacation in this beautiful resort

Everything!! incredible staff with amazing energy. really good food. great location. super clean rooms - rooms are exactly as advertised here. good sized pool. i would highly recommend the All Inclusive option as it was absolutely worth it. My only feedback would be: 1. No room service - especially when you have rooms at the far end of the resort 2. Ice cream would have been be a good option to add to the all day buffet menu

Large airy and very clean rooms with big comfortable beds and good air con. The food was superb, and the staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful at every stage, the evening entertainment of singers and dancers was good. The massage in the spa was very good.

The Wifi was poor, the activities calendar of what was on when, on such as aqua aerobics and yoga etc, could have been made more prominent, perhaps on display in the reception area, as we didn't realise there was a noticeboard detailing events for a few days as it's tucked away.

The resort is beautiful, set on the beach in beautifully manicured gardens, and has a lovely large pool and smaller one nearer to our room. The beach front location was a great spot to lay on the sunbeds and watch the beach life carry on. Every meal I had with them was 'my favourite yet', and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free use of the watersport equipment was also a good touch.

They could have managed our expectations on check in better - we advised as to arrival time (approx 9am) and they said on our arrival that check in was 2pm, but they would prioritise our room cleaning. We actually didnt get into our room until 1.50pm - which didnt feel like much of a priorty. We had half board, and didnt really like the way you felt a bit forced to pay to upgrade to all inclusive.

Beautiful location, big, clean rooms, food was delicious (one vegetarian in the family and plenty of options for them too). Had a few issues on day 1 but the manager was very quick to resolve them all, so we felt extremely we'll looked after. Spa staff and treatments were excellent.

Loved our stay but a few things that could make it even better - they could do with having better coffee available all day for all-inclusive guests and better coffee at breakfast (latte, cappuccino etc). There were no child size life vests at the sports centre - and only 1 or 2 working adult sized ones - they could do with investing in some.

1. The food and beverage team is just Amazing. Not a single "faux pas" during the whole stay. Bravo to Jimmy, Adonis and the whole team. 2. The staff in the whole resort (excluding the lobby) are very welcoming, respectful, and helpfull

1. Booked two superiors rooms for our family stay. Once arrived, came to know the location set-up of these rooms within the resort. In a half circle line built from up the hill down to the beach front. Having babies of 3 years old and a 7 years toddler, i was expecting some flexibility to get the rooms down the hill closer to beach front to avoid the kids walking up the stairs 4 to 5 times per day :( 2. The staff in the reception needs to improve on their communication style as the front desk gives the very first impression on the whole stay or Resort. The reception staff was a bit rude (to the exception of Matui) in my point of view. 3. Cleanness of the rooms can be improved with some basics daily routines (mopping the floor, changing towels, cleaning the bathrooms..etc)
