This could be a consideration for future guests to plan accordingly. - Uncomfortable Pillow: While the bed was fantastic, the pillow provided wasn't as comfortable, impacting the quality of our sleep.

the property is well located in the center of stone town, 5 minute walk from most places, 2 minutes from Lukhman restaurant and a few rooftop restaurants. the rooms are a good size and the staff is friendly there is an amazing rooftop view, they are still fixing the rooftop but it’s a great spot for sunrise.

the rooms could’ve been cleaned alittle better. there is a communal speaker very close to the hotel so you hear the Islam prayer at 4am in the morning , extremely loud, as if speaker is in your room. the breakfast was basic, by day 3 we were over it

People were very nice and paid attention to your needs. It was very clean. The relation quality/price was a good one. I liked breakfast, and you can eat the fruit. I did. And had no problems.

Sometimes, it was difficult to fin my way around and mobile connections around the city might be unstable. It would be nice to have a local map printed on paper as you arrive. You need to take a boat to one of the three islands in front of Stone Town, and that costs extra money. On the beach in Stone Town itself, only tourists get undressed.

Walking into Zanzi House is like walking into "A Thousand and One Nights". With it's inner court yard, carefully chosen decorations, and tasteful and comfortable rooms, this place is a dream. We were so glad to be able to stay at such a wonderful place.

Location was perfect for exploring stone town.

Inside the hotel looked just like the pictures. Staff were all lovely. Good water pressure. Absolute best spiced coffee.

Bed was really hard. No TV. Hotel name not on door so very hard to find.

The location is great, there are several restaurants and street food vendors nearly.

The WiFi signal was very weak. I had to go to the corridor in order to get a stable WiFiconnection.

Bendo and Khamis were so welcoming and warm. Really enjoyed my stay there. The room was perfect size and the bed was huge, which i liked. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The whole staff was helpful and kind. the hotel is close to view attractions, you can go there by foot.
