These rooms are huge, extremely comfortable and very clean. Very quiet yet a minute's walk from so much. It's in a very quiet little alley with minimal traffic, unlike any other streets that I saw. The owner is really nice and speaks great English. My husband got lost without his phone etc and when I mentioned it to the owner of the establishment, she set off on her motorbike to try to find him! Huge fridge, a lot of bench space, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very nice lobby space with tea/coffee facilities, snacks, toilet and comfortable lounges. Super quiet. We were really rapt with this location and the kids enjoyed the bear theme.

There's no elevator, which we loved but might be a problem for some travellers.

I spent a month at little bears home, a lovely place to stay short or long term. Right in the center of Chiang Mai, lots of Restaurant's and Bars, and Temple's to visit. My hotel room had a huge comfortable bed, also fridge freezer microwave kettle tv. Plus lots more. The owner Lucky, and her female staff couldn't do enough for you, If you wanted to go on a day trip Lucky would organize everything for you. I will be returning again. Everything you need is right there on your doorstep.

Simply good Karma, the owner made me feel so welcome, and I just loved how she hugged my baby every time we passed by. Thanks for making our stay in Chiang Mai so unforgettable! Everything was easy going and no problem, that's exactly what you need when you travel a longer time. The room was a bit dark, but we had two huge beds with plenty of pillows, and that's what's really important when you count 4 😅 (and the price amazing too!). A better location is hardly possible, especially the Sunday market is literally when you step out of the door. Don't miss this place!

The internet was a bit bad, but since it can't be more central you have plenty of café options around to connect.

Excellent location with everything you need within 1-5 minutes walk - food, currency exchange, massages, souvenir/clothing stores, scooter hire, hip bar Yoh for a drink/bar snacks and cool music if you don’t want to head into the main drinking area etc. All the main sights are walkable Owner was very helpful and helped me print documents. Clean and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious. Large fridge and a microwave. Cute lobby.

There is 4 floors. Stairs only - not an issue for me but please don’t book if you have trouble with them. Shower is hot. Pressure can be variable but adequate.

We recently stayed at Little Bear's Home and were warmly welcomed by the owner. The hotel's prime location and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The owner's hospitality was exceptional, as she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spacious, inviting, and immaculately clean. Although there is no on-site restaurant, the owner provided excellent dining recommendations in the area. Our stay was made even more memorable by the owner's graciousness. Highly recommended for a delightful getaway.

The Little Bear's location is perfect. It is at the center and has access to most Chiang Mai's tourist spots. The entire building is pretty clean and the room is spacious furnished with basic appliances that a traveller would need on daily basis.

The beds aren't comfortable. The mattress were not flat, which made it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. (It was in room 301.)

The hotel is exactly in the middle of the Old Town, so is easy to get to the most sights of Ciang Mai Bars, restaurants and local food vedors are easy to find around. Good place to stay for few days.

I had problems with internet connection in the hotel. Maybe it was only in my room, but sometimes it was rally difficult to connect. It also seem that the internet generally was not fast. There is no lift in this 4- floor hotel.

Fantastic location. Few minutes walk from Sunday night market The owner was so nice. She helped us book excursions with a discount and provided us with things such as umbrellas and cheap washing In the middle of the old town. Room was spacious and there was a big fridge.

For the price, facilities were good.

Best location in the Old Town. Every key place is within walking distance. Very quiet and cozY room. Especially the beds are so comfortable. All the staff members, including Licky the landlady, are so warm and friendly. Luck and her son Knight have helped us in a great deal. I will never forget their hospitality. We had a splendid time here.

The propert has an excellent location. Big bedroom with a lot of space and sun light. Possibility to rent motorbikes there, book excursions and staff was really friendly.

The beds were really really big and were ok (not super comfortable but not super bad either)
