We were greeted instantly, even though we weren’t in reception yet as there were other people in there. They gave us water and offered to carry my bags as I had an injury. The beds were comfy, although I’ve heard some can be really hard. They do have a free very very basic breakfast (they didn’t tell us about it though until the second morning).

The bathrooms could have used more cleaning, the women’s had hair everywhere. They don’t offer service such as booking onwards travel, we were just told to go to the bus station. The laundry service is more than 24hrs, so if you are only staying one day it doesn’t really work for you.

Nice facilities, the best and most clean toilets and bathrooms among all hostels i stayed in Thailand. The owner is kind, and smiling. They have a huge area common areas where you can chill and/or work. I really love the vibes of this hostel.

Staff were not so nice, and not systematic. I stayed in the hostel for 3 days already and when I booked for a room upstairs, they still made me wait to check-in until 2 pm even though there's really an available bed already. Made me feel bad, i felt homeless for a couple of hours. I should have just gone to another hostel then if I knew that they will treat me like a newcomer. Very hassle to have all my stuffs outside and wait for long hours just to move to another room.

Budget friendly accomodation when you want to have your own room. Room was exactly as the picture and is perfect for 1 person with a cute little balcony. Quiet at night. Located in centre of Chiang Mai old town, close to many tourist destinations, eateries, currency exchange and convenient stores. Sunday night street market is only 2 minute walk. Reception staff speaks english and is pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

When bathroom ventilation is on the bathroom smells like sewerage but once off smell is gone. Air conditioning is loud which didn’t bother me but may concern light sleepers. Some towels provided had stains.

Probably the best place to stay for this price in Thailand! Great located in the old city, the hostel is modern, clean, and spacious. The bathrooms and toilets are big and clean, the building looks new and modern. There are bicycles you can use for only 40 Bath. Friendly staff.

Two little thingies: the beds are really hard. Although they offer other dorms with better beds, they are really hard. The curtains in the dorm beds are not really dark, so they don't really help. There are also no activities or a nice common room, so it's not that good to meet fellow travellers

Bed was hard and not very comfortable. this being said I still had a great night sleep.

The staff, location and the hot showers were amazing! The terrace in front of the hostel was nice to meet people, to play cards and to hang around. Really CLEAN place.

The mattresses and roomsize were okay. There were soft and hard ones and we got a topper if you ask for it. It was comfortable with the topper. Me and the friends I made there, enjoyed it soo much but the hostel needs a pool table, some social events or something else to collect the guests to be a perfect stay for everyone 😉

I stayed in the 4-bed mix dorm with little private area included and absolutely loved it. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was as great as the name suggests: in the middle of old town, perfect for exploring. There is a lovely little street filled with breakfast and lunch estaurants nearby. One of them has the duck hanging in the oven right outside.. try it!!

I came here twice because of the beautiful atmosphere. I think this hostel has a perfect balance between social but also privacy. I stayed in the four bedroom, that I think is the best fit if you want to be in a hostel but you also want to have your personal space. The bed is very comfortable and big and you have also your own desk. Plus the location is perfect form there you can walk toward the main center. Beautiful stay absolutely recommend!

The size of the beds. They gave us lockers to keep our things safe. Water for free anytime. Super kind staff.

My bed wasn't totally clean. I could see some straight blondie hair in bed. My hair is dark and curly. Also the toilet needs some attention. One of the sinks are licking and the floor wet because of that.

Stay were incredibly friendly and helpful! They could answer any questions about the area, helped you plan outings and could book tours, buses and scooter rentals for you. The place was very clean and the homemade breakfast was delicious! The room had a little balcony and there was also a rooftop terrace. They also provide you with a towel for no extra charge.

Unfortunately the lockers were too small to fit your bags in but you could lock up your valuables. Therefore, the room was an obstacle course of everyone’s bags. The location is a bit far from the tourist areas. But the walk is about 15-20 minutes so it’s not too bad.
