A small hotel, in the heart of Istanbul, with very small rooms, and a friendly staff. The reception, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very kind. Good location, close to Basilica Cistern, Sofia Mosque and Blue Mosque. Very good price-quality ratio👍🏻

Hygiene products were few or of average quality, towels were torn, had holes and the state of repairs to the bathroom installations was visible or unfinished. Sometimes there was no hot water pressure in the bathroom. The hallway on the first floor is very small and you can often hear the noise of the neighbors waiting for the elevator in the room. A lot of noisy Ukrainians with inappropriate attitude.

- Location was great, very close to main attractions. - Just one minute to Metro and Tram station. - The room was clean and the staff was friendly. - Breakfast was nice. - Starbucks, McDonald's were very close. - Very warm and helpful staffs.

- Too much traffic to get there from Airport. - Small rooms. - Sound isolation could be better. - Need more lights in rooms.

Excellent staff. Worked hard to meet any needs. Extra friendly even cleaning staff. First class service. Excellent breakfast with great presentation and wait staff. Perfect location for hop on tram to get to all the destinations. Nice restaurant on top with good views and had the soup which was excellent. Loved the tables.

Our first room was too warm even with heat off and windows open so staff moved us to another.

The hotel was excellent value for money and location is right in the centre with most tourist attractions within a very short walk. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of different things on offer.

The beds were too hard but obviously everyone has different wants. The storage in the room wasn't enough. There were a few things that were a bit patched together and rough around the edges but for the price you can't complain. If I return back to Istanbul I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so.

Very good breakfast. Helpful staff, rooms are clean and maintained/cleaned regularly. Close proximity to two biggest mosques and basilica cistern (~7-8min walk) A lot of nice restaurants are literally around the corner. People working at reception speak good english so communication is not a problem. Make sure you have dinner on the rooftop.

Wifi can be spotty at times (in the room) but was good overall. Area designated for breakfast was at full capacity during peak breakfast hours, leaving couple of people to have to wait for table to free up. Hotel is in the building that is of old make/manufacture and rooms are cozy, not that big. For us this was not an issue since we came to Istanbul to see the sites not spend much time in the room other then sleep, shower and occasional rest.

The location is great and they can help you with parking. The breakfast is really good, diversified, and the modern style of the restaurant/ bar is really nice.

The bed is a little too small for 2 normal persons, and the pillows are a little too hard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Raymond Hotel in Istanbul, and I couldn't be more impressed. the location is near tram to various sites like to the mosques Hagia Sofiya, Blue mosque, water front shops outside and many restorans we like the breakfast selections n the restoran is nice setup we like Abdullah, staff there who is friendly n helpful when we need assistance the hotel give us choices to pick our room n give us a big room.

limited internet at the lower ground level the cleaner service we have to remind to clean the room.

The staff were excellent, very kind and welcoming and the rooma were clean. The restaurant has an excellent terrace and the location is great

Walls a bit thin, can be an issue if your neighbours are loud

The location is very good. It's not a five star hotel but staff was very nice to us, specially the concierge. It has a cosy restaurant, do not expect high quality food but is cheap and honest, no extra fees hiden.

Some hairs in the sheets and towels, wasn't a problem but could be avoided. The room's door can't cancel any noise from other guests.
