We really enjoyed our two day stay at Alice in Cappadocia. The room was spotless, had proper air conditioning system in the room and the view from the room was exceptional. The sight of the air balloon flight through the love valley and above the fairy chimneys during the mornings from our room was the cherry on top of the cake😍 Had scrumptious breakfast every morning, freshly prepared omlette, fries, different types of breads, salami (halal), cut fruits and veggies, fruit juices, variety of cheese, butter and honey, unlimited coffee and tea… we actually skipped lunch everyday as we were so full after the breakfast 😃 Tural, the manager helped us from the moment we booked the hotel by clearly communicating each and every details about the activities and places to visit in Cappadocia. He knows the best👍 He helped us booking the hot air balloon flight from the most prominent location where we flew up with other 140 hot air balloons. Also, booked shuttle services from and to the airport. He recommended the best Indian restaurants for us to have our dinner😍 Ziyaudheen, the staff who worked during nights welcomed us with his warm smile even though we checked in during the middle of the night. He was always pleasant and helped us carry our luggage. The lovely lady who cooked our breakfast was so fast and prompt in whatever she did for us. She asked us if the room need cleaning every morning. Overall, it was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We wish to come back to Alice in Cappadocia again♥️

Hotel is in walking distance to Uchisar Castle, Tiraz Castle, hiking trails, Pigeon Valley, and many places to eat.  Tural, the manager booked a hot air balloon ride for me the following day for such a great price. It was an amazing experience! check out horse riding with them as well. He also arranged transport back to the airport in a transit vehicle . I strongly recommend airport transfers to/from the hotel while in Cappadocia. My taxi refused to bring me directly to the hotel, which he did not tell me beforehand,  so I had to get another local taxi to the hotel, and I ended up paying a lot more money. Check out the view from the terrace, it's amazing during sunrise. Ziya was very friendly and always around to provide assistance.   Breakfast was prepared and served fresh every day. Housekeeping kept the room clean and water bottles replenished.

Room was spacious and comfortable but would get too warm for me - there was no AC so I had to open the windows and door to keep it cool. The bathroom was clean but a bit on the small side, after a shower the water would spread on the floor. Tural had fitted shower curtains but didn’t do much. A rubber floor squeegee would have been handy.

Breakfast was delicious and made fresh for each guest. The room was luxurious and cozy with lots of space and a heater. Free coffee, tea and water was available at all times in the lobby. The hotel also has a terrace with terrific views of the town and Uchisar Castle - a beautiful place to watch the sunrise. Tural was very helpful with our tour bookings and the staff made us an early breakfast as we had a flight to catch in the morning.

WiFi was extremely slow and did not work inside the cave room. Issues with hot water on the first day but the staff were quick to resolve this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The staff was very friendly and even gave us fantastic recommendations on places to see and eat around Cappadocia! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. If it is available I would recommend booking the room with the balcony as it has a great view of all the balloons taking off in goreme. I highly recommend this place.

We could have used an AC in our room but the temperatures weren’t too bad at night with the window open.

The owner is very friendly, welcome like home, help us with the reservation of the restaurant because of the language barrier. 24 hour staff. We had early flight, they prepare a food for us. The room has amazing view with bathub and shower. heater and standing airconditioner in the room (for summer). The room is big enough to open 2 luggage at the same time. The rooftop has amazing view. The breakfast is fantastic big portion. It is a lot for us as compare to asian portion. The neighborhood is quiet. We feel safe to walking at night. The location is walkable distant to the town and near the Uchisar castle.

the Bathtub pipe is leaking but it doesn't leak out from the toilet so we are ok with it. The room door is hard to lock from the outside If they change to easier door lock would be better. The roof top stair is quiet dangerous because some of the wood is missing. Need to walk with full awareness.

The location is central to many of the sights to see in the area. The hotel is located just below Uchisar Castle, and most rooms have a clear view over the valley. The hotel manager Yaşar was very friendly and professional, and recommend great tours (the Green Tour) and places to eat (House of Memories). Morning hosted a typical breakfast made by a beautiful lady who's smile lit up the day even with rain clouds outside! In the evenings another kind young gentleman was always ready to assist. We booked the King Suite which has ample space for 3 people.

Our new room (King Suite) was a bit shy of storage space, however they are in the process of installing a new cupboard and other upgrades. Unfortunately this room only had one window into the courtyard, and no views over the valley. Road outside is currently being resurfaced.

Great location and close to the castle attraction from the red tour. You don’t need a red tour if you stay in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Service was also very good. Staff may seem a bit quiet or un engaged at first but once you call for help they come right away and meet your needs. The hotel is made of stones. Rooms over the front of the hotel have an amazing view of the balloons in the morning. Try to book them. The roof is a bit old and chairs are worn out but the view is breathtaking. We went in summer but strangely the area was very quiet so it was very enjoyable. Breakfast is plentiful and will hold you an afternoon. They give you free water at any time. Rooms are large and comfy. Bathroom does not have a courts in shower but a small divider between the toilet and the shower. It may seem all gets splashed but in summer everything dries up quickly. The two of Uchisar is only 5 min away so you can explored the town when not in a tour.

Be aware they DO NOT have air conditioning. The rooms will be hot in the afternoon evening. However if you open the door and the windows a cool breeze comes by enough to cool the room very quickly. That was the only way to cool down the room. If we closed the door it turns warm again so if we were in the room in the afternoon we kept the door open. Evenings are cool and again opening the door made things better, in fact we slept with the windows open.

Location, super comfy bed and breakfast. They offer unlimited complimentary bottled water. They organized trips and airport transfers without any issues. Payment method was communicated in advance and we got good price. It is possible see hot air balloons from hotel’s terrace

Air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool room. It wasn’t possible to take shower properly, otherwise water would flood whole bathroom and and room itself.

One of the staff, Mr. Zia, was very polite and available to meet our needs. The breakfast was very tasty and complete. Immediately upon our arrival, the reception introduced us tours that were suitable and saved us time.

The floor was very dirty. There was no ventilation at all, the ventilators did not work. The steam did not leave the room. There was a refrigerator but it did not work. The wc cover was broken. The Wi-Fi internet was awful. The lighting was inappropriate

Amazing staff who makes your stay here unforgettable. They organised us red tour showing crucial highlights of the region in the price of 50 euros per person (visiting everything included would have costed you much more on yourself). They offer much more, breakfast top quality. Also pick up and drop off at the airport in reasonable price of 15 euros per person (it’s 70 km from Kayseri airport). Choose it and enjoy your memorable moments here.
