My stay at this hotel was lovely, it was expensive but this included breakfast also. It's in the heart of Cappadocia and there are lots of attractions and ancient sites to go out and explore. It overlooks the Love valley and fairy chimnneys. The staff was very friendly, and the cleaners cleaned our room well and replenished everything. There is a small boutique in the hotel which sells souvenirs & traditional clothing and the lady was so lovely and friendly. I only booked this hotel as it was for my birthday and I wanted to treat myself and my partner, you can always go cheaper with other hotels but this was lovely for this occasion.

We had a fantastic three-day experience at CCR. The hotel's sustainable approach, including its delicious, locally sourced cuisine, method to washing laundry, and concept of maintaining the local heritage of the structures it owns and handles, especially pleased us. The rooms, meals, and service were all flawless and extraordinary. The hotel team was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and the panoramic views from our room, restaurants, and bar were outstanding. We were concerned about visiting during the winter because of the cold temps, but the hotel was always cozy and comfortable - the view was significantly boosted by the snow. We would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking for a pleasant, memorable, and long-lasting stay in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia Cave Resort and Spa (CCR) is one of my favorite resorts. It is in an amazing location in Cappadocia, overlooking a valley and hot air balloons in the morning. Everything about CCR is fantastic!!! This lovely cave resort is perched high above some of the most otherworldly scenery you'll ever see. Excellent panoramic view from the hotel room and restaurants. All of the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Cappadocia is famous for its "fairy castles," underground cities, and early Christian cave churches. It's a breathtaking location unlike anything you've ever seen. A fantastic hotel with real character. Each room is distinct, modern, and offers plenty of privacy. If you visit this resort, you must try LEA SPA.

From our arrival to our departure the staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered. Our room was beautiful!The beds were luxe and comfy. Great large bathroom with nice towels and products.The breakfast buffet at the Inn was delicious, But the best is the service. All their staff are smiling and eager to please. Ilhan, Kemal, Piruz at the front desk were exceptionally wonderful.We will definitely be back!

The hotel is situated up high and the view is magnificent,even capturing the many hot air balloons in the morning, I was amazed with the facilities and massages in SPA, The staff was absolutely spectacular, providing help when necessary and finding contacts for the various excursions and interest. They also had Russian-speaking staffs, We could communicate much more easily, We also had dinner at Les Visages in the hotel and it was also very good in a stunning location. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we checked in it was wonderful. The reception staff speak perfect English. They are so helpful & knowledgable. Nothing is a problem for them. The location was superb and only a short walk away from popular things to see. The breakfast was good with loads of choice, The meals were fantastic as well after a long day walking around Cappadocia. We also went to the spa twice which was such a treat. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in

The hotel is amazing. Everything is available to you. Fine dining restaurants; Les Visages and Pukka Indian, as well as the live music show in the bistro, were particularly appealing to us. Les Visages' Executive Chef Mustafa is outstanding. Thank you for your kindness and generosity! Pirouz and Kemal at the front desk were always there to assist you with your requests. They can book restaurants, organize activities, and whatever else you may think of. We hope to come back soon.

We had an amazing trip over a great location and very friendly staff. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had trouble sleeping one night due to noisy neighbors in the room next door, think they had baby elephants with them. The front desk team was very solution-minded taking immediate action and even they offered us a free upgrade to the highest category available.

From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. One’s every need is catered for in this excellent hotel.This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we’re grateful that we have stayed at many over the years.The spa is lovely and the pool area are beautiful.as always a unique atmosphere and very helpful service
