The suite we stayed in had 2 rooms and both rooms had A/C which was a rare find for Uganda. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with fresh omelets, porridge, local food ect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for towels as they were not in the room when we checked in. Also the shower water did not stay hot for long which was not great for 3 people sharing 1 bathroom. And the electricity would be turned off whenever you're not in the room so the fridge would get hot every time; not ideal for leftovers. And we could hear the noise from the streets pretty much all night long. These were all small inconveniences though.

Breakfast was very good and a wide variety to choose from. Location was very good as it was in the middle of a town centre. Very pleasant staff and polite. I am going back very soon also would check out the upgraded suite.

The location, the size of the room, modern room and bathroom, refrigerator, modern TV, 2 free bottles of water every day + toilettries, delicious breakfast, comfy bed, nice staff. Nothing to complain. We loved the hotel. Our room had a lovely view to a park full of Marabu stork. What a pleasure! Near a LOT of shops/malls and many attractions.

The traffic was very busy because the hotel is situated in the middle of the city center. But we loved it anyway! We don't mind and slept like babies.

The breakfast was always good except for one occasion when the goat's meat (Katoogo) was presented as a stew and was very oily. I do not know the exact professional description, but I was much happier on the occasion when the meat was cooked/braised/grilled without sauce. But generally, the breakfast was good

The lighting is not bright enough in the rooms without windows. I wanted to read as I was lying in bed but it was difficult because there were no bedside lamps and the lighting in the room was not bright enough

Would have loved a window in the room

The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff, especially Janet, were very nice and kind. Breakfasts had plenty of options and the omelets were great. Harold and the other office staff were also helpful as we journeyed in and out while there. The location is very convenient to Central Kampala, with the location in Kooki towers providing access to anything we needed quickly. We always felt safe and secure among the bustle of the city.

The hotel occupies floors from 8, to 14 or 16. So all rooms have views to the city center. The location, is very centric, just opposite of central police station. It is in walking distance from the local artesian and crafts shops. and from down town. Some rooms are spacious.

The hotel occupies floors from 8 to up. To move in, you need to go through the ground floor with small shops and businesses, to take elevator to the flor 8. The reception is there. From floor 8, to upper floors you should change and take, a different elevators. At the time we stayed in the hotel, graduation parties was celebrated in some spaces of the hotel. The insonorisation is not too good, so it was a bit loudly in the room.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, safe and in an ideal location. This was a return visit and I will continue to stay here each time I visit Kampala

The only improvement I would suggest is a card machine in the restaurant. It would save both staff and guests the inconvenience of having to walk to reception each time to make a payment

Breakfast was very good and varied. The manager, Mr Gereson was respectful and hands on. The receptionists and cleaners were equally good. The TV was large and modern with Netflix. The location was very central.

Discovered that there were some rooms without windows and some where the windows opened onto a corridor. Kind of found this quite odd. Having to change lifts every time at the reception level when going out.

The hotel is situated in the city centre. It is quite easy to get around. The staff member are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the breakfast is good.

The outside street is very busy but the hotel is located on the upper level so it is hardly any problem. The downtown area always has traffic jam.
