Our previous stays had supplied us with confidence in our choice of hotel. We found what was expected which is saying a great deal. Our room was "home away from home". As last time, we very much enjoyed the included hot breakfasts. The choice(s) and available fresh fruit were appreciated.

The hotel's choice of "luxury" kleenex is to be questioned. I know, it is a small thing. However to people requiring steady use of tissue, it reminds them that they need to bring their own on future stays. We were a couple staying for two nights. We were not supplied a replacement bath towel for that used the first night. We choose not to bathe/shower on our second night. However, if both of us had, a call to housekeeping would have been made. It's to the hotel's credit that this is our degree of "nitpicking"

The hotel was located conveniently close to a major highway access and was very easy to find. The property was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were super friendly and quick to check me in. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The room had a microwave and a fridge , a coffee maker and a hair dryer; everything I needed for my stay. I did not use the pool or the fitness facility but I di check them out and they looked well maintained and clean as well. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a good variety of choice for breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast at around 815 am and there was plenty of choice. Sausages, eggs, bagels, English muffins, bread , hash browns, beans, yogurt, cereal, breakfast bars, muffins, croissants, pancakes and waffles. There was also coffee, tea and juice available as well. The only small issue that I had was that the parking was somewhat limited due to the busyness of the property. All in all, this is a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was the only downside of the hotel. Other than that very small detail, this hotel is fantastic. Nothing bad to say about my stay at all.

The front desk lady, Pamela, went above and beyond what I have experienced from hotel staff in years. She was so helpful when we asked for directions to the hospital and printed us maps so quickly. She was great on check-out the next day - asking to make sure we had all had some of their complimentary breakfast. What a lovely lady.

The only negative was the beds are a bit high and newer higher toilets would have helped. One member of our party had difficulties due to these issues, but that's it.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Fridge in room 119 froze my drinks. I notified the front desk. Very difficult to change my checkout date. Had to do it via bookings.com and they had to call the front desk to make the change. It does not need to be this complicated. Door to the parking lot closest to room 119 did not lock yet door to parking via the pool exit did. All doors not at the front should be locked for increased safety.

Proximity to my work function. Pool is nice. Big room for the price. Breakfasts are good and the cleaning staff was extremely efficient. Don't know what the cleaning lady's name is but please thank her for me as I didn't get to speak to her myself

Area of town is pretty rough but not something you can just easily change. I wish I had been able to change my departure date but there was a little bit of an issue there so I paid for an extra day that I didn't use

The carpeting in the room appeared old, soiled and stained.  healthier food choices on the breakfast menu. my preference would be, a smaller selection or variety of more nutritious breakfast foods rather than a larger selection, and not as healthy. As an example, I would prefer whole-grain, healthier choice of breads and homemade muffins and remove the waffles and pancakes.

The location is perfect for air travel as it’s just a short drive directly to the London airport. Great bed and pillows for comfort. Staff at the front desk were good. We had to leave at 4 AM to catch a flight and they offered us a breakfast snack to take with us. The hotel was full the night we came in late and I overheard the front desk staff helping someone who came without a reservation with helpful directions.

One room we stayed in had a very noisy air conditioner/heater which woke me up every time it came on. the second room we stayed in had a much quieter unit.

Close to the airport. Very calm area. The facilities were clean and continuously cleaned and maintained. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Swimming pool was very cold, and not so clean, I found a bug in it. For Laundry you are expected to but the detergent from the front desk, and do the laundry yourself.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Perfect location for our wedding.

We arrived at 2:50 pm to check in. Our wedding was at 4:30 5 km away from Hotel. We were told our room was not ready. They said it would be 15 minutes. We didn't get our room we booked - ended up giving us a different room - until almost 3:40. Got passed on by first person that check us in originally to 2 other people. Wouldn't think it takes 3 people to get one room or switch out the room that we were to originally have - but that being said everyone was exceedingly nice. But we were almost late for the wedding.

Breakfast was good. Too many people in the area on Sunday morning as there is still Covid-19 around. I was supplied with a takeout box to go back to my room.

The cost to take a pet is ridiculously expensive. Especially for a 20 pound non shedding dog. I don’t really believe you clean any differently when there is a pet. You collect a security deposit so if pets make a big mess, use that to pay for the extra cleaning instead of charging responsible pet owners.
