Puerto Rica. Awesome every time Yes you may say the property look a little dated but the staff every time more than make up for this and more

Front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. BUT the a.m. Bellman who checked in our luggage in the storage room lacked professionalism and good manners. He asked us for a tip in advance because "the luggage storage was being offered as free service by the hotel." I appreciate good service and tip generously, but this request is beyond unacceptable. Luckily, the p.m. Bellman was the opposite, professional and helpful. He got our tip.

The first night it a bad experience duo to tho ac not being working properly call the engenering came the cleaning it changed the filter . It gotten better but not good enough it a bad night so hot in the room called they came early afternoon to install a new , I requested I pool side room but it didn't happen so it was 50/50. In general , they should give me a free night in near future , for that.

I liked the little pond fountains found by every building of the hotel it was a nice touch to go out the balcony and hear the running water . I also like the security of the doors , no one can just come in the hotel . staff was nice at checkout and professional. we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool up close but a lot of people were seen going back and forth so I think it was inviting .

honestly after reading the reviews I was scared to stay here!! I was preparing to find somewhere else to sleep, but I can tell you I was pleasantly surprised!! room and bathroom were clean although the bathtub could be updated it was nice and hot!! I loved the balcony view, very quiet and peaceful. everyone was saying there were bugs….I was watching for them bc I would have left right away, but I never saw anything. I was in building 12 in front of WaWa and it was still quiet!!

I liked that there were many different pools, was clean, staff was nice and inviting. There were lots of different things to do and places to eat that were close in walking distance from the resort.

The thing I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. I would rather a microwave over a fridge, because when you bring left over back with you, you would have to go way to the front and then there's only one microwave to warm food up. And maybe next time we'll get a bigger bed size than full. Other than that we looked everything else.

the staff very helpful, friendly, and professional. the rooms actually look better inside then the outside of the property besides the main building to check in.

The outside of the property concrete needs to be paved/fixed, a few pot holes. A staff member came one hour and a half before 11AM check out asking if I was checking out that day actually waking me up, I do believe after 11AM is when they should call or send someone to the room to ask that question.

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME! STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN WE STAYED. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN! THE HOTEL WAS IN A VERY PERFECT LOCATION TO ANYTHING! WATER PARK WAS SUPER CLOSE WAS A WALKING DISTANCE! WILL RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANY FAMILY THAT IS TRAVELING!!

There is nothing I didn't like about this property. Everything was fantastic. Some folks may not like the traffic that is in around the hotel but other than that everything about this hotel was great !

The staff and restaurant was amazing. The grounds were very well kept.

The quite pool was not heated and the towels smelled funny in the room. One of the house keepers knocked on the door on the day we were leaving to find out what time we were checking out and she spoke no English but kept trying to talk to me I had to use Google Translate to communicate with her, and we were already denied a late check out so we had to be out of the room by 11am but they were rushing us out of the room because they wanted to clean it. It really killed the relaxing vibe of the morning. We stayed at the resort to re-center and relax.....not to be rushed to check out ay 9am on a Sunday morning..

Location was ideal. Room was comfortable and relaxing due to where it was. Toiletries were a nice touch but not my preference Staff were friendly but didn't go out their way to assist

One of the beds the mattress was sinking so the sheets wouldn't fit properly Wasn't exceptionally clean and floor in bathroom flooded when having shower.
