No breakfast

The comfort was everything! I had a sofa bed in which I sat in the area and watched tv as if I was home. A small table that I could sit and eat Separate from the bed area. The bathroom clean shower pressure was the best! Just overall VERY COMFORTABLE! My place to stay when ever I visit the ATL again. The father of the owner helped me when I first got there at the front desk. Very nice and pleasant we both are from Fla. He was there visiting his son but jumped right in and worked as one of the employees. The housekeepers are very attentive to everything you need for your room. Thank You again

Coffee was all I saw for breakfast room was clean except for some gum and something white stuck to carpet Bed was delightful, very comfortable, Room was nice and spacious The walk-in shower was nice The price was great

Toilet was way too low. it was suitable for a 3 year old. The room was very cold . The temperature was set on 69 Couldn't use the bathroom and close the door room too small

Only one elevator that was really slow. also the carpet and furniture in the rooms were old and disgusting. The carpet was especially dirty and stained everywhere. For the prices a little upgrade would be nice.

I loved the layout of the room. The fact that it was separated into sections made it feel as if I was at a resort or small apartment. I've never seen a sectional sofa in a hotel room,and it was comfortable! The size and location of the TV made it look like it was mounted above a fireplace. The space was cozy and clean with small touches and storage space. I'm happy that the Sonesto has stepped up the experience of a typical hotel stay. When you stay here,you won't have to worry about stepping into a box with beds placed along the wall. There's movement and class in every aspect of this room. Although this was my first time hearing of and staying with this brand hotel,it won't be my last. From now on I will search for this hotel in every city and state that I travel to.

There were 3 drawbacks to the accomodations. 1-there wasn't a microwave 2- it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm and additional time for it to get hot 3-becayse the bathroom door pushed inward,the proximity to the toilet left little room to move freely. But,even with those small hangups the stay was awesome! The microwave is definitely a quick fix...put one on the wall or counter of the wet bar.

The staff was amazing and very nice. Rooms are spacious and for the most part clean. Some minor things like stains on the carpet.

Small cleaning issues like stain in carpet, no top bedding for the pull out couch, just a sheet and no extra pillows aside from the ones on the bed for the pull out bed.

location was convenient. nicely kept (with minor cosmetic issues). the hotel was nice & rooms were quiet. ample parking.

not really any amenities. didn't offer breakfast, which was an inconvenience. some cosmetic issues could be addressed: hallway carpet cleaning, shower stall cleanings in rooms, and the closet door/mirror was completely disconnected from the track in my room. you could hear guests loudly when walking down the halls, however it wasn't heard through the room.

EVERYTHING!! Especially THE STAFF!! so caring and TRULY interested in their guests wellbeing and needs.

NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER! The BEST place to stay in DULUTH by far!!

It was close to the intersection

It sell like weed all the time in the hallway on the 2nd floor. No microwave was in the room no do not disturb card to hang on your door. Elevator was extremely slow and you have to pay $25.00 a night for accidental purposes

The only thing that I would say is to update the cable service. There were only 6 channels and only showed commercials. The light fixture in my room didn’t work so make sure y’all are monitoring repairs on a regular basis. Other than that no problems, the room itself was nice & the bed was super comfy!
