We like the people they were very nice and helpful and got us anything we needed. I also liked the ice machine the fact that the pool was indoor and how easy it was to check in and out

The pool seemed like it really needed a good clean .... The water was murky and there was mildew and mold on the cement as well as the ceiling and it smelled like it needed to be ventilated... There was mold and mildew on the shower curtain as well as the ceiling There was a big stain on the carpet as well as the carpeting looked like it was being ripping up. And one of the couches had a stain on it which was kind of gross We also had a towel that had black stuff on it which probably just needed to be thrown out

The location is right off the highway. Not far from downtown Savannah. The nightly price was within my budget

Okay maybe this was an oversight..time will tell . I paid for my hotel room online through booking.com and the hotel also charged me when asked for a credit card for holding purposes . I asked the lady at the desk why and she said for incidental purposes...so when I get home 2 charges are pending..like I said maybe an oversight but I will be calling the hote Monday morning to be sure ...I'm not gonna be charged twice for my hotel stay.

Schevaughn, the clerk at the desk was outstanding. He was courteous and patient.. we got lost on the way there and he patiently guided us in while he was taking care of guests at the same time. We also are traveling with very expensive electric bikes on the back of our car and he told us where we could park near the front so he could keep an eye on them throughout the night. He should be training others and how to do the job he was outstanding. Always smiling no matter how many people were standing in line.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has a good location and I enjoyed my stay there.

I really like the staff when we checked in.

I called down the night before checkout to ask for a late check out and was told she could not do that. However, my friend went to the car for something came in and asked who did I speak to, and I said a young lady that sounded Hispanic and they said the lady that checked us in was down there now. So they called downstairs she answered and said of course you could could have late check until 12 noon. I knew all hotels had late check out and the one that said no she could not do that hadn't even checked with anyone to be certain. That would be my only complaint. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

The breakfast was alright. Eggs were good. Sausage both days. Usually there is more variety, but it was ok. Cereal was a bit stale tasting. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and I felt comfortable in my room. People were running up and down the hallway in the evening being very loud, and a few rooms were loud as well. So, while the room was wonderful, I kind of wished we were not next to loud families.

I didn’t like the fact that I made this reservation two weeks ahead and asked for the lowest floor possible because I had knee surgery and I also stipulated if this wasn’t possible to please let me know so that I could make other arrangements but no one ever did so I assumed everything was fine until I got there and was told I was on the 3rd floor, and when I asked was there anything lower because of my knee I was told that “we have elevators” but that wasn’t what I asked for and since I had no problem with other hotels I had booked I thought this one wouldn’t be a problem. But the stay itself was good and even though I would highly recommend this hotel I myself would not stay again

This was our first experience with Comfort Suites, and for the most part it did not disappoint. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice and I really appreciated the fact that they had a rolling cart to take our luggage up to our room. The room was a decent size for the king bed we had plus sofa bed and the pillows were nice and soft plus there were extra sheets and blankets in our closet. The bathroom came with free toiletries and I enjoy the softness of the towels and the size of the washcloths. Staff was very accommodating when we needed extra towels and toiletries. The free hot breakfast was pretty decent, it included scrambled eggs, sausage links, muffins or donuts, toast, a waffle maker, oatmeal, grits, and orange juice. The location was great because we were very close to many restaurants and about five minutes away from Walmart.

The bed was hard as a rock and very hard to sleep on. The curtains are set up in a way where they cannot be closed so we got an early rise at about 7 AM every morning even though we wanted to sleep in with the sun shining through. The showerhead needed to be fixed and I didn’t like the set up of the bathroom; you couldn’t close the door unless you came all the way in and stood in the middle near the toilet. I feel like they could’ve provided better toilet paper for the price we paid for the room . The room where the pool was had an odd smell and the pool itself could’ve been cleaner. The elevator also smelled horribly and needs to be updated because a few of the buttons are broken and it goes very slowly.

I called down to the front desk to ask for a late checkout which was approved and around 11:30 one of the cleaning ladies was walking in my room I told her I asked for late checkout and she acted like I was lying but she said ok and left. later at 12 noon she was still on my floor as if she was watching my room I find that to be a little bit strange and rude. Other than that I had a great stay.

I enjoyed the entrance with the massive chandelier. The rooms were great to stay in as well as the restroom. It was all well-kept and clean.

I wished breakfast had a bit more variety and options. I like a really good setup and felt that by the time I got there, many items were gone. Also usually on vacation, my family enjoys sleeping in a bit more, so we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast as it closed at 9.
