At first there was no way to plug up the bath tub to take a bath. A very  Then the faucet in the bath tub was very difficult to use. other than that I found the staff to be extremely polite and the facilities very clean in the location. The location was excellent for a lot of things like what, convenient options for locals, unfamiliarf cooking and exotic Asian fairs. you do like going to the drugstore, doing your laundry, other basic day-to-day things that are sometimes hard to find in a hotel. A nice resourceful room engineer, came in after I complained, proud of him of being unable to take care of the bathtub, and took care of it right away. th, very courteous. The lady who prepared breakfast did an excellent job. There were delicious options and a lot of so I appreciated that. So on the balance, it was a comfortable stay and the nice staff compensated for the troublesome bathtub fixtures,

The check in staff were really nice. The room was relatively clean. Good amenities as well as the option for breakfast in the morning. Mini fridge, microwave, and nice big tv was awesome.

Couldn't figure out the shower, so no one could use it. The floors needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom was not as clean as expected to be. Need more blankets! Housekeeping kept trying to walk in on us the following morning without knocking and announcing themselves, so we eventually put up the Do Not Disturb sign. (Security latch worked great!)

Room's ac worked really well. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. Nice pillows, not too soft not too hard, and the kind of bedspread that stays cool (though it may have been the ac). The breakfast was nice. Full spread. Eggs, a protein, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles with toppings, cereal, coffee, yogurt, fruit, pretty much anything you could want. Menu changes daily but I don't mind the changes.

The bathroom was a little weird. Light switch outside the bathroom is a weird decision to me

breakfast was good, need more variety though..same old eggs get boring. Like having somethere to actually cook an omelet or having pancakes. Room was good sized, smelled clean, could use a hand held shower nozzle but keeping it clean or having it stolen might be an issue so whats there is good only water pressure a little low

pictures were inaccurate on the website to real life bedspread was dirty walls were dirty. It was the actual hole in the bathtub. Everything is dingy and old…. my room smelled like smoke and then the thing that made me the most angry is they offered me an early check-in at 12 o’clock and then after I agreed to it said it’s only a $30 charge thats inprofessionalism at its best. 

From the second I walked into the lobby to check in, my girl AMY was the absolute friendliest and most personable front desk associate at ANY HOTEL EVER , not just this one. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. She seemed genuinely invested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. Super personable, eager to please and very sweet. Promote her!! She deserves it. Michael was the bomb also ;)

Nothing so far.

The room size was great. Its bigger than a typical room so we had lots of room to move around and put our stuff. The grab and go bags in the morning were actually a great idea. They had muffins, granola bars, fruit and some had drinks in them. Great option considering the time.(covid) The room had a nice size fridge in it along with a microwave so that was a big plus for us as we had brought leftovers back to the room, the togo containers fit in the fridge and we were able to heat them up the next day in the microwave.

We were excited that the room had a jacuzzi tub but it didn't work and looked like it hadn't in awhile so that was disappointing.The shower head was a little big for the space and water went outside of the tub if you didn't make sure the curtain was completely closed.

Staff very helpful. We were a bit late to pick up our bagged breakfast and they let us take the bags off the cart they were putting away and showed us where we could get milk. When I found I had left my coffee mug in the room, they found it and held it at the front desk for me to pick up. The room was large. The bedding clean and bed very comfortable.

The room had a very strong perfumed smell. I had to wear my COVID mask in the room and to get to sleep. It took hours to air out the room to where I could remove my mask. Also, after dropping something on the floor and using a flashlight to find it, I had a close up look at the carpeting. It really needed a better vacuuming, perhaps carpet cleaning.

Breakfast selections are good! Pool could use some cleaning and the hot tub is broken but other than that it was enjoyable.

Tv needs to be upgraded to high def. Local stations didn’t come in well. Need better shampoo/conditioner and soap. My skin and hair got very dry.

Room was clean, good water pressure,

some mold in bathroom, shower curtain about to fall off wall, fridge had water running down back wall, no freezer, big gap in bottom of door allowed cold air in like a wind and when sun came up allowed huge amounts of light in room.
