Room large and very comfortable with USB outlets on the bed side table; towels and soap good quality and bed also very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with very good scrambled eggs. I didn't have any bacon or sausage. Bagels and toast (only white) provided, pancakes, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juices and good coffee. We were happy and felt satisfied.

Unfortunately, there were some rowdy people slamming doors and running in the halls (teenagers?) around 10pm on and off for about 20 minutes. The hotel seemed to be sold out. There was hardly any place to park when we got back after a great dinner out on York Beach. But, in the morning everyone in the breakfast room was late middle-aged and/or retired!! They all seemed like us and we felt reassured.

The hotel room was clean and a comfortable size for 2 people. I liked the morning breakfast that was included with coffee and it was convenient to have a refrigerator to chill our drinks for the beach. It was very close to both the York beaches and the Kittery outlets. Bonus an indoor pool and fitness center. While I wasn't there long enough to use the pool, it still scores bonus points to be able to swim no matter what the weather.

A little pricey, considering it wasn't actually on the beach.

Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly. Location was near where i needed to be. Was concerned about a couple in front of me that had charges on their bill they couldn't figure out. I will say i has no problem with anything on mine. Really expensive for one night and the quality. My room was clean and spacious. Furniture seemed dated. Otherwise good.

Really expensive compared to the quality of the hotel. $300.00 for one night. I guess i need to keep in mind it is summer and tourist season.

The staff was sooooo friendly and helpful. I left my key in the room when i went for breakfast, the woman at the desk made me another one right away. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful

The only thing I didn't like was finding my way around the hotel. From my room I struggled to figure out what hall to go down to exit. I think this was my problem though, not the hotels.

Front desk area was really clean and had a good selection of drinks, snacks and other stuff that may have gotten forgotten when packed. Room was nice and a good size. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection.

Room has a little smell of mildew ( especially when first entered room ). Some areas of room need repair ( corner of wall where it meets the shower and armoire door did not close ( but this is expected on occasion when an array of people stay in a hotel that is not newly updated )

The breakfast was decent. Eggs a bit rubbery and sausage didn't appear cooked enough. Bagels and butter, cereal were plentiful and coffee was surprisingly good.

They need to provide rooms with soap dishes. Once you open a soap, you have no where to put it. It slides all over the counter top and makes a mess. It was also difficult to converse with some of the front desk staff who didn't understand me at all and someone else had to step in to assist.

The facility was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and the associate was on point for refills and answering questions. The all day coffee was excellent!

The check-In woman was efficient and got us checked in. However, she was very cool. Maybe having a bad day?

Great breakfast !

We enjoyed everything about our stay- the pool was a big hit though it could have been a little cleaner….We used the skimmer and pulled out several clumps of hair.

Easy to locate and plenty parking. Convenient for the areas we wished to visit. I enjoyed a couple of swims in the pool. A pleasant choice for breakfast. Comfy beds and spacious room.

Information on the towns local facilities would have been a great help. To be able to collect a local map of the area from reception would have been useful. With details of hotels, restaurants, grocery stores and places of interest nearby.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, lots of choices. We have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed it. Very close to the beach and other entertainment, without the crazy high price. We'll keep coming back!
