The bed and the duvet were very comfortable, I wish I knew the duvet brand. The room was good, very clean, and I appreciated the key-card security at the front of the hotel, even though it was a little confusing to get used to the keycard device in the elevator. Free buffet was nice too.

I was a bit confused a bit by the parking across the street and it was a little noisy in the morning, not sure what was causing it but there was some kind of loud banging. Could've used thicker curtains too, since the parking garage across the street was bright at night and visible thru the window. Also, and this is minor, the gravy at the buffet was a bit bland, could use some more bouillon or something. Overall, it was a good hotel, no major complaints.

I enjoyed the breakfast! So many fresh options and I am a sucker for waffles! There was a scuffle between someone who was being kicked out with their aggressive dog trying to scare my friend's service dog. The front desk accommodated us with a corner room, gave us a great view of the murals on the intersection, lots of space for activities, and lots of natural light. The hotel was seconds from where the event was that we were attending, lots of garage options, minutes from target and other stores. Easy to find. Kind employees. Clean facility.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was actually very quiet it felt like we were the only ones on our floor. I think they take very good measures as far as security is concerned because it is very much needed.

The only thing I had an issue is communication as far as pricing. I would suggest calling first especially if making reservations through a 3rd party because it can blindside you especially if you're vacationing on a budget. It almost derailed my vacation.

The front desk lady who checked us in was so nice! She gave us her favorite room which was the best room we have ever stayed in! We had awesome views of the city and the room was so comfortable. The location was a little far from US stadium but they helped us with the best route to take to get there and we walked with no problems.

There was something on the floor behind the curtains in the closet area along with a smeared hand print on the window. Looked like chocolate balls in the floor and chocolate smeared in the window. The rest of the room was clean and this didn’t effect our stay since we didn’t use that part of the room.

The Western Omelet was not good, perhaps scrambled eggs would be a better choice

Stayed here for a Small Town Murder show at the Pantages Theatre. It was my first time in Minneapolis so wasn't familiar with the area, but this is a great area to stay. Good centralized area to walk to anything near by. All the staff I interacted with at Hampton Inns were great. The breakfast was great as well. Biscuits and gravy are a great way to start your day.

Location was great for a concert at the State Theatre. Hotel is very clean, convenient and well appointed.

Got off to a rocky start when all of my efforts and information sent to arrange a smooth check in for my friend before my arrival did not reach the front desk. The doors to the hotel are locked so she could not get in and then was treated with suspicion when she finally did get inside. Despite phone calls the day prior to check in, encrypted emails with card details, a separate email spelling out exactly who would be arriving first and that card details were on file and a reply that all info had been received and noted, plus text messages - the front desk had no idea I had submitted the info. Useful communication to avert a hassle seemed to be impossible and the effort was a waste of time. I tried to cover every form of communication possible and it failed miserably. Very frustrating.

Great centralized location, close to our parking and destination, and great food. Great breakfast selection next morning.

This is not a quiet neighborhood on a Saturday evening. There was LOTS of noise coming from the streets below (people yelling and screaming, horns honking, loud music). Lasted well into the early morning hours the following day.

Access to the Twins/Target Field. Was concerned about parking and it was not an issue at all. Plenty of space. Love the breakfast that is included. The gym was average but at least we had access to a quick workout.

A pool would've been nice. A bar or access to adult beverages from the lobby would've been a nice offering.

Very clean and comfortable

Location downtown was great, but with that location comes Friday night outside DJs shaking the room until 2am, so don’t plan on going to bed early. Kind of wish we had a heads up, but outside summer happenings are everywhere. I’ll stay again, will just bring good ear plugs.
