This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Most of my graduation class stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel, it felt a homie and comfy. I like the price, breakfast and coffee that was offered at this hotel.

I believe the towels need to be wash with fabric softener, they were very hard. The elevator was an issue, I was almost late for my pick up due to the elevator taking so long. There is nothing else that was a bother to me.

Check in person was very friendly and nice. Place seemed cleaned and was comfortable.

When first arrived there was no one at desk. Tried calling no one answered waited 20 minutes when someone told us to knock on window. Then someone came and checked us in.

ive been to manchester so many times in my life, tested every single hotels in the city and I still go back to this one, does the job and very affordable. Well situated and cleaner than other more expensive hotels in the city.

This hotel is very clean and the outside looks very nice with all the flowers and water fountain.

Breakfast ends at 9:30a. 11a would have been better. I'm lazy on vacation and like to sleep in a bit.😊

The front staff was great. The breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. I think that the breakfast should run till 10am. I could see that the cleaning staff was vacuuming and sanitizing quite often.

the building was so cool and the facility was clean and so nicely decorated

there were some odd smells. the elevator smelled weird and the room smelled like fish which may have been fresh paint??.

Liked the continental breakfast especially since it was available everyday at the same time.

A little nervous about parking lot business at night, but felt security was superb.

The staff was very nice. I had to check out by 11 AM but my shuttle wasn't coming to pick me up until 1:00. They let me stay the extra 2 hours.

Would've been nice to have a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from dinner instead of taking the elevator to the first floor to do it in the hallway.

Compared to other budget lodgings I've stayed at these rooms were quite large.

The view from my room was what looked like a homeless camp.

Interesting history of the building which had been recognised with photos etc. Staff were polite and helpful.
