I was witness twice to staff manager interacting with staff . He was so kind to them . I was the only other person around on 2 separate occasions. He treated the staff so well and was so kind to them . He didn't talk down to them and listened to them honestly . What a great manager . Seriously nobody else was around the area and he treated them with respect and really listened to them and was so kind . What a great guy !!! Great job manager person !!!!!

Air quality from air conditioner . Needs a professional deep clean . Smelled musty and old . Kind of blocked my airways and plugged my nose . Staff not responsible for this obviously . It just needs a deep professional cleaning .

Very nice bed. The breakfast was really good as well. The pool was a nice temperature too.

The room was a little outdated but not too terrible. The bathroom really needed to be looked at. The shower curtain was too small and water got everywhere. There was no hook for the towels so the only option was to drape it over the shower rod. We asked a couple times for extra towels and got nothing.

Location is great. Nice resturants nearby.

There were some young people hanging in the pqassage and cops came.Seemed to be a bit seedy. There is a billing issue.compared to The price on booking.com the price charged is higher.No invoice as told booking.com will provide. This seems a hilton chain issue.

Very nice room with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was well equipped with soft towels and quality soap and hair care products. The room was also quiet. Descent restaurant and a great bar! And let’s not forget the warm chocolate chip cookies!

Buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but there was a good selection including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, and yogurt. Fresh fruit also.

The beds were very comfy. The cookies are wonderful and a nice treat. Breakfast was pretty good but i think it's a little to pricey. Not everyone can eat $16 dollars worth of food. Also maybe change up what you have.

Our son's room had ants in the bathroom. They did give him a different room. Was told they wouldn't charge him for that's nights stay but they did. In the end he did get a room with no ants so it was good.

We didn't have breakfast. We greatly enjoyed spending time in the pool and jacuzzi. Also, our bed was extremely comfortable. There were no noises in the hotel. All was quiet. Checkout was nice and simple, just drop the keys and go!

We only had two issues. The remote control for our tv did not work. We went to the front desk and they replaced the batteries. It worked just fine after that. Also, the shower curtain does not stay closed very well. Water was getting all over the floor. We just dropped some towels to soak it up.

The location had plenty of restaurants near by and it was really close to the freeway, this made the location easily accessible to plenty of malls, shopping, and activities.

Compared to my last stay in 2021, the facility was not as clean. There was only 2 working elevators and the pool needed to be cleaned. It seems that there were more guests at the hotel this time and I know that a lot of places are experiencing staff shortages, so I tried to be as understanding as possible. It was a different experience this time.

Checked in and was immediately offered complimentary cookies. The pool was super cold but enjoyed it nonetheless. The hot tub is spacious, loved it. The rooms were super clean.

Pool was VERY cold. Only other complaint was that we could not access the safe in the room and had a lot of trouble using the room keys to access the other doors from outside. :(

The location

Our name wasn't on the contienet breakfast and the hostess was rude the first day. She was training a new gal. Our room phone didn't work so we had to go downstairs to get our towels and cleaning room wasn't done for the whole week.

Check in with Ms. Shanta was above what I expected! She was professional and assisted us through the process. Breakfast and the staff were excellent. The food was good, just wish there was a turkey option. Would stay there again.

The door to our room was very difficult to open and close, it didn't fit the frame
