In town for a cheer competition. We booked at Residencd Inn Polaris and were extremely happy with the room and whole property. We ended up extending our stay and canceling a hotel in downtown Columbus by the convention center. The staff is amazing! The room was perfect. Breakfast fantastic.

The location was great. I didn’t have the breakfast. I booked the room online through Booking. I paid for king size bed but when I arrived ALL king bedrooms were sold out. However, I booked this room due to home power outage. I was very pleased with the hotel and rested well. Thanks

The room was spacious! My husband and two kids had the perfect amount of room! We were very comfortable & we enjoyed the breakfast!
The mold behind the caulking in the shower & my bed skirt was ripped. The person who checked us in didn't give any information really about our stay, check out time or the $30 hold on my card ... pool hours or other things you offered like laundry and work out room.

Great value for money. Front desk staff and the breakfast lady were super nice and friendly.
The house keeping was terrible. I could see dust in parts of the room when we checked in. They have "scheduled cleaning" every 4 days. Firstly, that lady asked us to "step out of the room" if we want cleaning. Secondly, she did nothing but change the sheets and towels. The room was as is. She didn't sweep the kitchen area, bathroom floor or vacuum the carpet. I was so bad but let it go thinking we're checking out in another 4 days. Apart from this experience, everything else was great. :)

I stayed overnite as I traveled from Youngstown to Ohio State's College of Vet Med to have my old cat Toby evaluated. I loved the room and so did he. The staff was very cordial on the late check-in, for breakfast in the morning and upon checking out. I will stay here the next time I am in Columbus.

The location is perfect if you’re looking for lots of stuff to do. Many restaurants in the area.
the parking is a little far from the door so if you have a lot to carry it can be a struggle.

The room was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in a hotel. Just need bigger pillows.
No toilet paper had to call staff to bring some but they did right away so i forgive that. Just don't understand why there wasnt any to start.
