The staff is amazing. Extremely courteous and kind. They were helpful when answering questions I had regarding the property. The interior design of the hotel was beautiful and reminiscent of 1920s Art Deco. There are many open areas which are functional and pleasant to use. The snack center is the best I have ever seen and used in other hotels. My room was larger than it looked in the pictures. Plenty of space, the bed mattress was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on and the sheets looked and smelled clean making it easy for me to get to sleep without feeling anxious. I was traveling with my dog and they treated her as if she was a human guest. (Although, I don't know to many humans who would be excited for the number of belly rubs and scratches she received!)

I was surprised that this hotel is listed as pet friendly, but lacks an assigned area for dogs. Although, I carry my own dog poop bags, there were no stations that offered free dog bags for dog owners. Though not a mark against the hotel and its staff there were guests with teenage girls for a traveling sport event. Many of the young ladies were running and screaming down the hallway at 2:00am. I believe staff should be supported by corporate to stop and prevent groups of young people from disrupting other hotel guests.

The staff was very friendly. Every encounter we had with a staff member was positive from check-in to check-out. Pillows were fabulous. Worth the upgrade to executive suite for access to lounge and breakfast. Plenty of room in the lobby and common areas to spread out

There were just some minor issues needing touch-up in our bathroom/shower. There looked like there had been a leak in the shower with some damage to the corner and an area around the door/baseboard that could use a deep clean. Otherwise, room was great!

Great location! Right off I-71. So close to many attractions! Clean! Great rooms! Huge flat screen in rooms! Friendly staff! Great amenities... Pool, Exercise room, snacks!!etc.

we didn’t get are room clean every other days as we requested at check in it only got clean the last night we stayed I didn’t like that they don’t offer free breakfast for the price people pay to stay there you should at least get free breakfast no microwave in room either

The area is close to the mall and within a short distance to many local food and entertainment options.

Our room was situated in front of the lights for the Hilton sign in facing the front of the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, you absolutely had to draw the curtains so that you weren’t blinded by the lights.

we always use the Drury but for some reason this Hilton was 268 total compared to 338 total so we decided to go here. Dont let the comments about construction steer you away, it is almost complete and will be very very nice shortly. Getting to the pool was difficult because elevators are down at one end and the first floor hall is not complete so you walk across level Two and have to walk down steps in a fire stairwell but that will be done shortly. very nice property and great staff.

check out is noon and we had privacy sign on door and housekeeping was knocking at 9:30, no big deal but annoying. Handicap parking is very limited. only two spots directly in front of main entrance and two off to the side. there are a few more in the rear lot but all were taken. as stated, still a very nice property.

Terrific staff, particularly at the bar. The beds were awesome. The property was very clean. It was beautiful and graciously comfortable. Great pool and exercise room.

Alarm from previous occupant was set for early awakening. Pity the maid didn’t check to turn it off before we occupied the room. It woke us too early. We had 2 adjoining rooms. 1 was warm 1 was very cool. The thermostats did not make much difference. But we generally liked the rooms.

We have been staying at the Hilton/Polaris for about 8 years. We have always been impressed with the the hotel and the beauty of the bar/social area. The new update to this area is beautiful and we like that there is even more room to gather as a family.

We were a little sad that the breakfast has changed. It was good as always but we just missed the buffet that had so many choices that are rare to find other places.

the location was great! everything looks so nice and up to date. the staff was so friendly!!! our room was super clean! we really enjoyed our stay!

I wish there was a continental breakfast for all guest. it was a tad pricy but could easily be overlooked bc of how clean everything was! I will always pay extra for a clean room!

I loved that the rooms were double king beds instead of queen or full beds like at other hotels when there are double beds in a room. My kiddos loved the pool and hot tub and the towel wall was great to keep from having to use the room towels.

There wasn't an HDMI hookup on the TV for my kids to play their Xbox. It's like that feature on the TV wasn't set up. You couldn't turn the TV to the HDMI channels.
