Location is great. Easy acces from I-71. Room was well designed, linens nice

No hair dryer. Coffee available only at breakfast (muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal) nothing fresh. The worst thing- no CREAMER, that was without sugar! I asked about it, and management hasn’t gotten it for them. There was sweet vanilla, sweet creamer, sugar, and all sweeteners, but no plain milk or creamer for coffee, so bring your own! I bought some at Target, just 2 minutes away. PS I recommend Scramblers for breakfast- 5 minutes away, it is quality, delicious and friendly.

I go and stay at the Polaris location often just to unwind from the previous week and I am never disappointed. The staff are always pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I always feel safe.

The mattresses could use some updating. They are a little too firm and not as comfortable as they could be. The lights in the room could be a little brighter.

We love this location; for the convenience of our trip(s). There is always ample room for our little family.

Literally the only negative; is we wish the sofa bed mattress (every time) would be replaced. the sofa & convenience of also being a bed is awesome! But the flat little mattress just isn’t the most comfortable thing.

I just needed to flop my body as I was in town with my cat Ella for her trip to the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in the morning. I wasn't looking for anything fancy but it was surprisingly clean and comfortable

I thought that there was a sit-down breakfast but there were only granola bars. I misread the listing as it said "breakfast to go"

We love the location! The ladies on Saturday and Sunday were very friendly.

The kitchen and bathroom sinks need to to be unclogged. There was a dead bug in the night stand. Breakfast has a lot to be desired.

Great location, close to lots of shops and eating, also, good price for just a weekend trip. The staff was nice as well.

The way u controlled the heat on the wall connected to the A/C unit. It didn't stay warm and it was noisy. The people across from us kept letting their door slam, and every time, it woke us up. I know this problem isn't the hotels fault, but it was rather annoying..

The staff was great . We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't like that the pool was removed. We've stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed the pool

I booked it because said had pool. When we got there they said they haven’t had pool in 4 years! Now I had take 3 kids find something to do costing me more money

it stayed full kitchen, but nothing in the kitchen. I would have expected a coffee maker. breakfast was supposed to be included. Sunday, we had breakfast, but Monday I went down to get coffee and it was gone before 9:30, if it was out at all. disappointed.

Everything was excellent. The room was huge compared to most. The staff, especially Amy and Mel, were so pleasant. I will be back, if I ever get the chance!
