I have stayed here in the past and the receptionist remembered me and was as warm and welcoming as ever. The hotel also has beautiful grounds and is close to all the amenities you could need and is just across the road from Highbanks Park so is perfectly placed for those who like to walk. The rooms are generously sized ( especially the suites) and very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a quiet spacious room in a great setting.

Having to leave without getting to say hi to all the staff I met on my previous visit.

Location was convenient, near many shops and restaurants, but beautifully set back in a pretty campus. The hotel was very quiet while we stayed. The exercise and fitness rooms were huge and well-equipped. The pool was small but very pleasantly warm. There was a nice couch for lounging which gave me a pleasant place to sit after my kiddo was alseep.

The shower has some mildew, which always grosses me out. I don't mind that rooms aren't cleaned daily during a multi-day stay, but wish clean towels didn't require a trip to the lobby.

The location was good. Its columbus ( Lewis Center) so everything is around. There are tons of restaurants and attractions nearby.

We arrived at 2:20pm and our room wasn't ready. I wasn't too concerned because checkin isn't until 3pm but I thought it was a bit "weird". It became 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. We were told that housekeeping couldn't keep up with demand ( there was 90 checkouts that day we were told) and thats why it wasn't ready. After waiting around and front desk trying to " find us a room" ( we were offered 2 queen beds non suite) but we ordered a king parlor suite, it was 3:50pm and finally got a room for us. I think the hotel needs to find a better way to have a smoother checkin. People arrive at checkin on time and youre charging them the same price regardless, the hotel needs to find a way to fix this.

The property was very comfortable and family friendly. The pools were absolutely amazing . The outdoor pool has LED lights towards the end of the night. The breakfast was to die for. The dinning hall staff were fabulous duteous and knowledgeable about the property. The front desk attendance were professional and asked me how my stay was going. The dance studio is like Nirvana. The indoor pool area is warm and the water is warm. I believe I found my family get a away!

The facility was very lovely, and the room was quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and really good.

There were a lot of school aged children staying here. That may have been why it sounded like a troop of circus elephants were practicing their acrobatics in the room above us both nights. We complained and the front desk relayed our complaint to the "offenders", which helped somewhat. The noise stopped at around 11pm. Also the pool was full of school aged children, which is no one's fault but made it unattractive for us.

This is the only thing I was unhappy about. Because I booked through a 3rd party, breakfast was not offered to me. Reaĺly?!

No housekeeping service for our 2 days. That was fine. I really would have liked that towels and wash clothes enough for our 2 day stay were supplied without asking for them.

Nice outdoor pool and gathering areas, spacious comfortable room, quiet and safe. The room was very clean except for a little mildew in the shower. The halls and elevator and common areas were clean.

No ventilation fan in the bathroom and a little mildew in the shower.

The buildings and grounds are beautiful and staff is friendly. (Breakfast and pub are in different buildings than the hotel.) Breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, and hot items.

We didn’t realize until bedtime that the deadbolt didn’t work. So we used the additional lock that prevents the door from opening more than a crack and told the front desk about it when we checked out.

Hotel was very clean

Breakfast was a zoo and food was terrible. There was 1 toaster for the whole dining room that clearly was not working properly. Only grape jelly, no other choice. If you lack staff for a hostess, signage would have been appreciated. I am not opposed to paying more for breakfast if it is proper and edible. The yogurt on the buffet had been sitting too long. That should be eliminated. Coffee was weak and awful.

You have such a beautiful appearance to your hotel and center! My family, friends, and I were very impressed with the look, cleanliness, and employees at your location and the views at breakfast were so pretty as well. We definitely will be back. Thanks for a great visit.

Not your fault but we had people above us who let their kids run back and forth until midnight. Beds werent the most comfortable but also my own opinion.
