The rooms at the Comfort Inn are always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The temperature of the room is enjoyable. The linens and towels are a nice quality.

We understand about staffing shortages. We would prefer having our rooms refreshed daily though. The breakfast could use some attention. 2 mornings on our recent stay the kitchen staff ran out of eggs. The coffee is not a good grade. For the size of the property the breakfast room is small and not enough room to get around with all the food/drinks in a small straight line area. Perhaps having the food counter area away from waffle machine and having coffee /beverage area away from food counter area.

Staff was wonderful. We travel with my ESA dog and with showing my registration card they waived the pet fee. Breakfast had a huge assortment of food. Beds were very comfortable and lots of channel options on the tv. Pool was nice.

Hot Tub has broken jets (all jets are broken and I saw something about this on a prior review which means it’s been that way for a bit), the hot water was still nice but it was disappointing. Parking design is HORRIBLE!!! I don’t even know how to explain it till you see for yourself. Would like to see them get rid of the old carpets in the rooms… just not a fan of carpet in hotels as we all know they don’t get deep cleaned.

Super clean! Exactly as pictured on the app! You sometimes never know what you're gonna find at a big chain hotel that you've never stayed in before, but this blew expectations out of the water. Location is perfect, and if you book a balcony room you can see the ocean. Lots of parking, super easy access to all of the fun things in Lincoln City. Right next to the D River and a small entrance to a beautiful hidden wetland boardwalk that connects to Devil's Lake State Park. Free breakfast was yummy, vending machines are not overpriced like most in chain hotels. Comfy bed, and the room was HUGE. Seriously the best hotel I've stayed at in LC!

That I forgot my swimsuit so I didn't get to use the pool. Next time!

The staff was very friendly, and Zach was awesome. My biggest things when staying in hotels are 1. Clean rooms, which they always are, 2. The beds, which are nice and comfy, 3. The showers, which are also decent. Room 310 has awesome shower pressure and a decent view to the beach. You can turn the shower head to get more pressure if needed, at least in the rooms we've stayed in. The weekend that we were there, it was so wet and cold. It was nice to come back to ready to eat chili beans. They make chili beans every day at 5 pm and cookies

What didn't I like! Greeted with free Chili, Pool, location, price, breakfast, Jacuzzi tub IN MY LIVING ROOM, TV that took my fire stick AND came off the wall a good 2 feet so I could swivel while working at the great sized desk...It checked everything I'm always needing in a room. Comfy bed, couldn't hear the neighbors, great bathroom...I travel a lot for work and stay at many hotels and this one BY FAR is the best one I've ever stayed at. It's too bad I don't have much business in that region because I can't wait to book this room again in the future.

The only thing I can think of that could've been better was the amount of parking spaces. It has a very limited parking lot

Beds and comforters were comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast was pretty good- waffles! Sausages one day, patties the next. The afternoon chili was a nice surprise. Nice, helpful staff. Clean. Dog friendly. Ocean view- sort of. Across the parking lot and the highway but still something! Close to the beach- you can go under the overpass- nice shortcut and a nice walk. If you walk the other direction - a nice wooden boardwalk to the campsite. Nice short walk with information boards about the nature. Great for kids.

Loud with the door open- not their fault - next to the highway. I was hoping we could hear the waves at night but traffic still busy enough that we had to close the door. Loud AC but that's seems to be the norm in hotels. A little on the expensive side but lately everything is...

Cleanliness Comfortable Bed Excellent Breakfast.

Bathroom Sink Would Get Clogged. Not Enough Shelving In Bathroom To Place Your Clothes. Not Enough Kleenex, Toilet Paper And Soap I Needed To Ask For Extra. Barely Enough Parking And Design Of Parking Lot Is Horrible With Walls In The Way. Carpets Absolutely Emmited An Odor That Was Not Shampooed Out Thoroughly. Carpet Felt A Little Damp.$25 Daily For Pet Is Excessive.

Check in/check out. Room very comfy. Even though facility seemed filled to near capacity, the rooms were very quiet. Most all staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The female breakfast staff (servant) was VERY rude and unaccommodating to both of us and to other guests; not just once but on both days. Perhaps it is time for her to retire. This would be the only negative in our entire stay.

The free breakfast was super crowded chaotic and running out often. We skipped the last day cause I couldn’t handle the chaos. Also, the only fresh fruit were green apples- would have been lovely to have more fresh fruit options, and gluten free options. the first day the room towels and soaps were replenished while we were out, but not the following days.

What I liked about the property was that it was in a very nice area close to the water. It was also a nice touch that we were provided with dinner in the form of chili at 5 PM.

I do realize that the property is dog friendly but owners of those dogs don’t handle them very well. On another note the bathroom was very dirty there was mold in the toilet in around the bathtub and the carpet were not vacuumed. I ran into a lady in the elevator who said her room was equally disgusting. The parking area seriously needs an upgrade.
