I loved that there were options for food and drinks on site. The restaurant and bar was serving a limited menu during our stay when a large scale horror convention was being hosted, otherwise their menu typically would have been more well rounded. There is also a gift shop with a Starbucks inside; again the Starbucks didn’t offer a full menu.

The price I paid seemed a bit steep for a one night stay, but our room was rather large and comfortable for my family of four.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I know that in the past, it was excellent.

Booking.com booked us for a handicapped accessible room. we didn’t asked for that.

the room was 1122. My mom has a condition called MS , which causes for the temp in the room to be low . However we discovered the air wasn’t properly working when contacted the staff they advised us that nothing could be done. we then attempted to sleep and became extremely hot/ overheated , called the staff and was advised at 3am the only thing we could do was change rooms. Extremely disappointing and the lack of urgency is breathtaking. first and last visit !

I loved everything about it. We went on Easter weekend and they have an Easter egg hunt for the children. I really enjoyed the activities they had for the children. I had a very comfortable night of rest beside the fire alarm going off and woke me up to go downstairs. The only complaint which is not major is it was super cold in the lobby area but I wrapped up as much as possible. I just didn't come prepared for the children to stay warm.

The Bacon at breakfast. The front desk people were super friendly. The room was quiet, and had a great view.

Sleeper Sofa was very uncomfortable. Pillows were sad. Shower had rust stains from dripping and wouldn't shut off completely. Breakfast closes to early for families. While eating the last day one of the staff started cleaning off our table before we finished eating.

Had a problem with my credit card, so I went outside to call the company, came back in within 20 minutes, the receptionist had give my room away, which I had already booked online a month in advance., their wasn't anymore rooms available like I booked online because they had a taekwondo competition that weekend, so therefore I placed in a HANDICAP ROOM.. SO THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS IF I WANTED A HANDICAP ROOM I WOULD HAVE BOOKED ONE....

Breakfast was great, front desk assistance were very friendly and helpful.

Website stated a two bedroom suite with two queen beds. Whe we arrived to checkin at the front dest we were told that it meant 1 bedroom with 2 queens in a room and the living room was counted as a bedroom because of the pull out couch. This caused some confusion because it was two separate rooms needed.

It was beautiful there and everything was great , the hotel was one of a kind will stay again , me & my husband came to see Jelly Roll at the PNC pavilion and was absolutely wonderful and hotel also give 2 complimentary alcohol 🍸 beverages daily for each person was a plus had a great time.

There was charges on my credit card that I didn't know and tried to resolve it and un successful

The breakfast was better than most hotels that give complimentary breakfast. The two free drinks per night was also a great addition.

Needed a better mattress and bedding for the pull out bed.
