This is the first time I have used this particular hotel in 2 years following a poor experience and I have to say it has improved enormously since. The initial communications were excellent confirming my room request and advising me of a major road closure. On booking in the staff were friendly, the process efficient and quick. The room was well presented, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and included a reasonable choice. All in all I am glad I gave this hotel another chance and I take my hat of to those that helped make it a pleasant experience.

A large group of us stayed here as it was close to Silverstone. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Check in was easy, room was clean, we had room 119 which overlooked the carpark near at the rear of the hotel.

We had an issue with the air conditioning which was leaking water over the floor so we had a wet carpet which we didn't find out about until we took our shoes off BUT a d I must stress the girls on reception were quick to take action by giving us some towels to put on the floor and a fan. The sink in the bathroom had a useless plug ... it didn't seal properly so water drained away so having a quick wash was a bit of a chore and we are conscious about water waste as we are on a water meter at home.

This was a stopover after being at Wembley stadium and suited the purpose well. The staff were really lovely. The breakfast was good although very busy. I was particularly happy, as there was a designated gluten free area which made it much easier than having to ask a staff member to provide everything.

We were in what would be classed as a family room with a sofa bed as we were travelling with our child and there were a lot of people late night/early morning drinking coming back to their rooms loudly & banging doors etc which is fine but maybe have families in rooms in a different allocated area to singles & couples

The staff were absolutely amazing and a so helpful. We stayed with our two children’s after showering the kids my shower broke. Within 5 minutes they had another room ready for me use whilst they sorted the shower. I thought I might need to checkout later then 11am. I made a request which the staff approved at no extra charge. Although I didn’t need to use it in the end it was nice that the staff were so accommodating. There was ample parking. Oh and the best boy we were on the second floor and there was no noise nuisance (at least I didn’t hear any) kids slept well and wanted to stay longer. My three year old has asked “when can we go back to our new home” 😊Thanks

We had a late check-in, and the hotel was busy when we arrived, but everything was excellent. Our room was fresh and clean. New Dove soap & shampoo was lush. Our breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from. The staff worked very hard topping everything up and cleaning down tables, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like this time. But we did witness several Guests openly filling their bags with huge amounts of grab & go food items when they had already eaten a massive breakfast. Taking flasks in and filling them with coffee, it was sheer greed 😒

Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff on duty in the evening were very friendly and welcoming, and my dog was given a little gift bag.

I took my dog into the area designated for such at breakfast time. I attached his lead to a chair and he waited while I got the self-service breakfast. I was admonished by the member of reception staff who said it stated in the agreement that dogs could not be left unattended. When I returned to my room I reread the agreement and it did NOT state that. I pointed this out when I checked out and was told they would change the wording in the agreement. No apology for my discomfort was offered. I also thought £25 for the dog to stay was excessive. There was no fruit juice available for breakfast.

The reception area was spotless and spacious as were the rooms. These were very well thought out with everything that guests would need. The sofa was a nice touch. The option of different pillows was a bonus. The shower was simple to operate and the toiletries were lovely and meant that guests don’t have to bring their own. Although the hotel was busy we weren’t disturbed at all and it wasn’t exceptionally noisy. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. The wardrobe space was a tad small.

I unfortunately need to mention this as a quite word with reception can easily address it however The 2 people on reception seemed that they were more intent on their private conversation in the evening rather than attending to us guests. When I asked politely if someone was able to help from the restaurant side the lady appeared like she did not like being called or interrupted and said “come here” meaning I should walk over to them? Found this a little rude and condescending.

Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were nice enough and we had adjoining rooms. They were clean, had nice soap and a hairdryer. Hotel was very quiet.

The 'family' room was 2 double beds with 1 being a sofa bed. Two of our kids had to share a bed which isnt what we wanted or were expecting. Other hotels weve stayed in had 2 single beds and 1 double in 1 room. The rooms should be more flexible. Its also a pain that as a family of 5 we have to buy 2 rooms. Surely nowadays hotels can cater for families of this size. £130 for 2 rooms that we barely used and where 2 of our kids had to share a bed, is very expensive.

The staff, especially the team leader on shift was incredibly welcoming and friendly which was really appreciated. The value for money was fantastic and my room was great - clean, spacious and comfortable.

My only criticism would be breakfast, especially that the cutlery isn't presented to guests to get in the most hygienic way. I bought my own cutlery so was ok, but wouldn't have felt comfortable or safe using their cutlery as the ends for eating were pointing up where all guests will handle them.
