This is a really fantastic hotel, located in a nice and quiet part of Phu Quoc, away from the busy centre of the island. The resort is very nice, but not as big as others and so you always get a quick, friendly and personal service from the staff. Upon arriving at the hotel, a welcome drink was given by the staff which was very nice. The room was big, spacious, modern and very clean, and the same for the bathroom. The balcony was great, with very nice views overlooking the pool and the sea. The facilities in the hotel are great, with a games room, kids area, fitness centre, big pool area, 2 restaurants with a wide menu and good drinks, and also a private beach with security and clean sands and sea water. This is the perfect location to see the sunset, and would highly recommend speaking to the staff at the beach restaurant as they can arrange a tapas/drinks picnic to watch the sunset. The hotel also arranges a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, but if your flight times don't meet this, then you can get a free bus from the airport to a nearby report and then a very short caddy/taxi to the Crowne Plaza. The breakfast at this hotel is a big highlight, and there is such a wide variety of choices, and all the food is all very fresh and well prepared. The best part of this hotel though are the staff who are all so genuine, friendly and helpful, the hotel is lucky to have such great staff. I want to thank in particular Nhan, Gin, Ngoc (Jade), An (Tomato), An (Andy), Chi and Danish who went above to make the stay extra special. They would remember drink selections, foods and recommend things to do in Phu Quoc and on mainland Vietnam which was very helpful. Gin and Ngoc (Jade) even personally said goodbye upon check-out and provided complimentary refreshments for the journey to the airport which was a nice touch. The spa was also very nice and I highly recommend the massages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely staff and qualified new facilities. I love the private beach and swimming pool. The gym was small but quite neat.

The location. There's nothing near the resort. If you need something, you should take a taxi for 40 minutes to visit downtown.

The design of the hotel is very nice. Breakfast is amazing, the pool is nice.

I got very frustrated because the staff does not understand a word of English which made the communication very difficult and exhausting. In a 5 stars hotel having staff with a good level of English is a minimum I expect. In the bedroom there is no Netflix. The drinks are very expensive and the difference between what they charge and the price disclosed is very obscure. In addition, the beach was disgusting. They only clean the part right in front of the hotel. They charge 1.300.000 for their shuttle to the airport which is very expensive.

The hotel was 5++++* ! The amazing staff made our stay incredibly relaxed! The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Build only a year ago, the hotel is very modern with all the latest perks. You don’t need to worry about the power point converters and charges. We had Suite with ocean view, 75m2. It was stunning room! I have to give a credit to the interior designer who created the room and hotel according the latest design trends. Also there were a nice surprise waiting for us at the room, a beautiful bowl with the tropical fruit and the bottle of red wine. We really enjoyed our full buffet breakfast, well, so much that put couple of kg😂. The pastry department is the best. The selection of breads is just amazing! Best bread we’ve ever tried! I have to give a credit to the baker!!! Special thanks to restaurant manager Daryl, he always made a huge effort to make sure the guests are having a great time! Special thanks to my favourite beautiful restaurant staff Queen, Milan, Juliet and Bang!🌺 My only suggestion is don’t book a room with breakfast and dinner included, go with just breakfast. The pre-set dinner menu wasn’t as great as if you just went with the normal restaurant menu. The beach was amazing , excellent for kids since wasn’t deep for meters and meters and water is so clear, much more cleaner than in Movenpick where we are staying at the moment. The hotel was only 10 min walk or 5 min drive ( cost 100 000vnd/ $7 NZ)away from Grand World where we loved spending our evenings. There are free.shuttle buses to Grand World at 17:30, 21:30 and 22:30, but if you don’t want to spent such a long time, you can catch a taxi or simply walk , it’s not far. Also you can go back to the hotel via beach which makes the walk very romantic ! There is a Vietnamese show every night from 8:15pm to 9:00pm , cost 350 000 vnd per person. Amazing cultural show! There is a free shuttle bus from the airport and to the airport but you have to give them 24 hour notice.

Excellent place, hotel very nice, service great, food very good, extra beach, pools with jacuzzi. Sensational beach restaurant with good drinks and cocktails and of course with food, I recommend the burger was 9/10

What can be improved is the designation of a place for smokers, because sitting next to someone who smokes on a deckchair and kills the fun of rest every 5 minutes, or when you sit on a beautiful beach and there are cigarette butts in the sand. The second point is the parents' lack of control over the children at breakfast and dinner, it should be a quiet area in the main restaurant so that each of the hotel guests feel comfortable during meals

Rooms are well equipped with all necessary facilities. Pool and beach are outstanding. Staff speak good English and friendly.

Transportation: Hotel must have a shuttle bus/Golf cart for guests to go to the nearby attractions. Dining: Should have at least (2) restaurants and more variety in Breakfast for international guests!

The team was hilarious such a great crew which is always going above and beyond for their customers. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The room was amazing very big and comfortable 🤩 The pool area and the sea was stunning and the service there were as well great The restaurant Horizon is a extra plus for this Hotel it has very good dishes and with this location - outstanding!! The breakfast was very big and has a great variety of different tastes - Loved it😍

The only thing which was a little bit unfamiliar for me was that the bathroom and the rest of the room only separated a light filmed class of doors,). I think this is the concept of a open room but for myself it was a little bit strange. Maybe the hotel can adjust the glass with a film of glass where you can't see through if more guests having issues with it. But this is no criterion to not book a room ib this hotel. The view is amazing and I wished i could have stayed longer

Spa service wasn't good - when paying spa prices expectations are higher, front desk seemed impatient & overall chaotic. Masseuse used hot stones that felt nice but kept on for too long on sunburnt areas - was burning me. breakfast could have more western options such as smoked fish, more cheese, better breads.

Very far from everything. There were only shuttle buses to the airport and grand world late in the afternoon which didnt have much going on apart from expensive restaurants and a free water show at 10pm. Grand World was like a deserted town. Would be nice if the hotel would partner up wth Vinhpearls shuttle buses which take guests everywhere to see other part of PQ. PQ is a big island and taxi/Grab fares are very expensive making it harder to get around. Would highly recommend the Sunset town/ An Thom which just been built to replicate different well known places in Italy like Colloseum, Amalfi coast, Kissing bridge, …. Return Grab trip would cost more than 1000K. Plastic bottles were still used everywhere in the hotel. No refill water stations available to reduce plastic waste

The service was very good. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach. There is direct access to the beach and the pool and beach amenities are really great.

The breakfast on the first day was not as good as expected, but that seems like a fluke as the subsequent days the breakfast was amazing. There were minor issues like the aircon not being really cold and the toilet having a weird smell, but those were easily resolved once we let the reception know about them.
