We had a wonderful experience at the Al Ain Palace Hotel .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would like to thank all the team! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is amazing, as well as the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. They had arranged cake for my husband for his Bday and upgraded our room to sweet one. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

the rooms are kind of old, furniture is old, toilets are unpleasant particularly the shower was really disappointing, it seems worse than showers in public beaches. we rather to take showers at the pool restrooms. bad bad.

We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.

Location was 9/10. The staff was humble, friendly and went every extra mile for the guests. Outdoor pool and restaurants were nice. Public transportation is conveniently located a few minuted by foot.

The shower is bit old, small and smelly. It was clean every time and the cleaners did a great job every single day. The room needs definitely sound proofing though. Sounds of ventilators and people walking to their room is like having an open window or door. It's a bit too much noise but for the price, I don't think it's fair to complain. A life savior would be a cord for charging the phone. There is one in the whole room.

My son works in the bar, next door DJ Ash, we were visiting. So very convenient. Lovely breakfast Lovely room Lovely polite staff Lovely pool. Very reasonable price indeed. Will stay again, but for a few days not any longer as hard to sleep.

Please read positives first, I don't want anyone to think badly, just Booking.Com put these points first. Our room 130 too noisy as the outside air conditioning units were very strange and humming right at our window.. My son's room 212 had really noisy aircon that rattled the windows. Never slept very well shame. Only problem. We had changed room previously as my room was not nice, over bar, near swimming pool , no view. But large and well equipped. Perhaps need a little attention on the aircon.

when you take a shower the bathroom floor gets completely flooded and you risk slipping. when I checked out, they checked the room and asked me about the lack of a small towel. I replied that when I arrived, during the night, there were only large towels and not small ones... the truth... I didn't know I had to check at two in the morning what was in the room and what wasn't... also if in the end they believed me but this didn't make me feel at ease. I went at the spa in the morning, I was there from 8.00 to 9.30 but the water of the jacuzzi was always too cold and I didn't use it.

Very good value for money, overall. The the ladies at reception were very nice. I didn't have to wait when checking in and out. I liked Little Soho. The pizza is the best I've had in a long time, made fresh in full view! The staff were very nice. The ambiance is great, too The room was very comfortable and clean. Best night's sleep I've had in ages.

The staff in Easy Tiger were quite brusque and unfriendly when I went in, so I left and had a great time at Little Soho instead. The shower was tiny.

The hotel is in my opinion best buy hotel in Abu Dhabi. According to the pictures on the walls, it is one of the oldest structures there. It provides a lot for small amount of money (it has great swimming pool, it has very well equipped gym, it has several coffee shops and bars if you want to hang out during the night...). So, the amenities in the hotel are really wealthy. The breakfast was a buffet with very good food offer.

It was a bit loud during the night. People in near by rooms and also the music from the bar was louder than expected. Also, it is noticeable that the building is older and should have been a bit renovated.

the hotel is clean and well maintained, considering the fact that the hotel is one of the firsts in the country. the location is second to none, with the pool being one of the biggest in the city. there are a lot of activities that can make anyone busy and numerous restaurants that are being shared by both the hotel and Le Royal Meridien. the health club is also decent and has a squash court. rooms are clean and carpets are maintained nicely at least for our room.

the rooms I think if not the smallest, at least one of the smallest we've ever stayed at. a shower that is really puny and sinks and fixtures that are dated and broken. check-in was also a bit terrible since we had to wait for an hour before we got our rooms. there was also no free parking around so make sure to be aware of the parking areas allowed to avoid fines. dinner was so-so and breakfast was a bit bland. nothing to say with the staff though who we encountered since everyone including the receptionist who made us wait for an hour was as hospitable and as respectful as possible.

We couldn’t use the pool since we couldn’t get our Al Hosn app to work. We asked for non smoking rooms but got one smoking and one non smoking room.
