We like the modern vibe of the room, neat and clean. The staff were great and generous with our request for the basic needs. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very accessible and there are several restaurants, groceries and resto-bars nearby.

The sound from the resto bar on the 16th floor can be heard in the 14th floor where we stayed and a little vibration to the bathroom door caused by the sound from the bar. Though not that loud but the base sound can be heard.

I don't know about other hotels in Abu-Dhabi, but I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, and there was everything I needed. Despite the check in time at 14:00 - thanks to the staff - I checked in a little bit early. The location of the hotel is also perfect. You can easily get there from airport by A2 bus, the bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel. I also want to praise all the staff working there, and also mention Hope and Arslan at reception and the hostess guy from the sixth floor - guys, you are great!

I've loved the hotel since the first moment I stepped inside. Staff at the front desk is very welcoming and attentive. Furnishing and facilities of the hotel are top notch - free access to the gym, swimming pool, there are restaurants and bars in the building along with a cosmetics salon and a spa. Rooms are cozy, beds are very comfortable to sleep on and everything was clean upon my arrival. Moreover, the room cleaning service comes every day to take care of the room - trash is taken out, bed made, clothes folded and bathroom cleaned. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea and water bottles in the rooms which get refilled every day. Wi-Fi is also fast and reliable.

Only downside is that the drinks in the room minibar are extremely overpriced. And when I say overpriced, I mean a Red Bull can for 13€. On the other side, when you're willing to pay that, you get a nice bar with all the essentials for having a pleasant evening with a variety of drinks, spirits, wine or beer.

1- Great views and location 2- Great staff , especially HOPE at the checkin was very kind and helpful, she even gave a complimentary upgrade to a better room after knowing that I am a non smoker and nothing was available in the category I booked. 3- facilities lived upto the standards of a 4 star hotel

Room was clean, small but decent for one person. Sink wasn’t working properly, in 2 days no maid. Location is very convenient, staff is very kind specially valet parking guys and some of the front desk. Barbecue at the pool is delicious, and the vibe of the African disco is nice, very crowded tho. Overall if U don’t have car and will eat outside is a good place to stay.

Parking is not free. Valet for 30aed a day. If there is no valet guy when U arrive with your car, make sure that U wait for him, don’t leave ur car I got a fine just for 2 mins while I was asking at the reception. Breakfast is horrible for the price 50aed. I order a pizza room service for for 42aed worst pizza ever.

Convenient location, very kind, attentive and friendly service, everyone was really nice and helpful, especially as we were waiting for a very delayed pick-up for our trip which we booked via a third party, the hotel reception went above and beyond to help us. The room was very spacious, we had everything we needed, the bed very comfy, we always got some bottles of water free of charge which was very handy. The rooftop bar/club also nice.

Although we enjoyed our stay and we liked the hotel, the breakfast is something really important to improve. Nice view from the restaurant, yet the space was pretty small and the choice generally limited. I would consider especially better choice of some cheeses/ham, to don't have only one single option, and also better selection of bread. The fruits unfortunately also didn't have the best quality.

Very good location with many restaurants and cafes in a 15-20 mins walking distance. Corniche beach and parks located on the opposite side of the road are also very close and comfortable for a relaxing promenades after a busy day. By the way, unlike many other parts of the city, this part is very suitable for walks and for a breeze of a local life. Stops for the public transport is not far away and taxis easily arrive within 3-5 mins. Breakfast was not rich with variety of choice, but was good enough and tasty for a nourishing start of the day! Definitely, worth paying for in our case in order to save precious minutes in the morning but we could save a good amount if would pay for it in the hotel rather than at the booking. View from the dinning area (see attached pictures) compensates this minor issue! :-) We had a chance to refresh and relax for 45 minutes in the swimming pool at the top and that was a good bonus for us after a long trip! Just in case, Wi-Fi worked without issues.

There was a bass-noise in our room from the night club located in the hotel. It was not disturbing for me but was quite annoying for my colleague. The staff offered us to change the room in order to solve the issue but we decided to stay since we were very tired and didn't want to move our belongings, and there was just one or two nights left to stay.

In general, there was a positive impression about the hotel. The room was clean, there was water/tea, there is a mini bar. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the bus to the airport is two minutes on foot. Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is not big, it's better to come early. A normal choice of food, there are several types of juice, coffee, tea, water. There is a pool on the roof, it's not big, but you can relax. As a result, the hotel is good for your money

But there is one drawback. The hotel has a club/bar open until 3 am every day. The music is not very audible, but the vibrations from the bass prevented normal sleep. It seems to me that making a club in a hotel is not the best idea

A non smoking twin room had a great view. The room itself was fine, a bit small though, the bathroom is kinda old and needs a fresh touch (all amenities worked fine though). It was located on the 15th floor and I didn’t hear any loud music which had been mentioned in another reviews even though I’m very sensitive to such distractions. The reception staff was very polite and welcoming, one great thing was that I left “do not clean” almost right away since I do not need it daily but they called me same day in the evening to make sure that everything is good

Hospitality of the staffs were great... However I felt the hotel has less staffs...

The only stupid thing that I didn't like is about the wallet parking... For a full night you need to pay extra 30 though you are an I house guest... Looking at the hotel stay rates it's good and when you add the 30 to the parking I don't recommend as a value for money... And for the wallet they only have one staff.. And I saw the wallet staff himself was taking the luggage of the customers and we have to wait in the road or we need to leave the car in attend for a long time, expecting a fine from the local authorities. I fear the wallet system is not upto the mark as well as the way they handle the wallet is very much unprofessional.
