The breakfast was the best part of our stay. International and very rich one. One of the best locations for breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!!!

The pool is a bit small, but they were undergoing some construction work in order to have a new space for a new pool with a restaurant area.

1. The sea is very beautiful and clean; 2. The gym is very nice;

1. A lot of people for that area - beach, breakfast (had to queue for 10 minutes); 2. Restaurants are mid quality, had a stomach ache after the Lebanese; 3. Pools are small and only for kids; 4. Interiors need refreshment - the floor in the roof top bar is in a poor condition;

Beautiful beach resort. Very modern looking with lots of natural light coming in. The beach is fantastic, probably the best I have ever been. The facilities are great. Very nice kids club and playing ground. The stuff is great, especially in the pool and beach area. Our room was very spacious with a stunning views right from the bed. Big balcony and gorgeous bath. Delicious breakfast buffet with good variety.

The food and beverages prices in the resort are unreasonably high. I can understand paying an extra for food and drinks while in the resort but asking a price of a dinner in a nice restaurant in the city for an ice cream is just too much. While being located on a beatiful beach, it has also a downside since it is pretty far from most of the city attractions. There is not much to do in the resort in the evening.

Room was great for two people, room service had great options for food. Amenities were user friendly, wifi was strong. The complimentary water bottles were fantastic.

The hotel breakfast service could have been much better, I suggest adding a coffee/tea station for guests to use themselves. I should not be waiting 15 minutes for a black coffee... the waiters should walk around with two jugs (one tea, one coffee) to be better prepared. If that is not the case, let the guests serve the hot drinks themselves. This does not include the other beverages they might request that require kitchen assistance (cappuccino, matcha latte, etc..)

Room and food

Front desk check in and out process Service - while some staff is very friendly, many need more training including front desk, asked me to wait 5 minutes to check, only two guests at the desk, I took a seat as was asked, 30 minutes later I had to ask why I had to wait that long (seemed to have been forgotten) despite my late (4 pm) arrival from the airport.

The best hotel we have stayed in within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived and we we’re checked in by Ana on Reception who gave us the perfect welcome. The rooms are stunning as is the whole resort. The spa was beautiful and the gym was well equipped and it offers classes during your stay. This hotel has all of the finest touches and the service was exceptional from reception, housekeeping to the lovely workers around the pool/beach area. I am already looking when we can stay again.

Everything was wonderful

Absolutely wonderful - exceeded all expectations. The ambiance of the hotel as a whole is nothing short of exquisite and luxurious; the beach is gorgeous. A perfect place for relaxing and recharging. Great pools/lounge zones; lush greenery throughout the premises and birds chirping in the morning!

Just a few minor points really: 1) No turndown service - one would expect to have that at a 5-star property 2) "No plastic" initiative - commendable but having to pay AED 20 for hotel-branded glass-bottled water (if you forgot to bring your multi-use bottle) by the pool/beach is a bit frustrating (same water is stocked in the rooms free of charge) 3) Breakfast - overall a great variety of options (do try the frozen smoothies!) but could be better in terms of fruit and local specialties (more exotic fruits, dates, nuts etc.)

Food, beach, and easy to order food at the beach, easy movement around, kids club, stunning sunset, gym, spa, everything is nice.

Staff in the beach bar was not very much trained for kids food and orders. They don’t understand kids food should be priority and also to inform parents correctly about timings and kitchen to follow what is written in the menu regarding ingredients because kids (especially small ones) are very sensitive when it comes about food. Rooms - if you book on booking you get the worst rooms. But if they have availability, they find a way how to accommodate you better.

They are very eco friendly which is great for our planet, gave us a cute steel water bottle so we don’t have to use plastic, everything in the room and around the hotel was thoughtful, that’s impressive, as other hotels I’ve stayed don’t usually care for the planet like this one do. Rooms are clean and cute, the food in room dining was amazing. Wonderful view, it’s great for family or couples, very peaceful.

They don’t have valet parking. I’ve requested for a room with sunset, and the reception guy put me in a total opposite view, which was upsetting as I love the sunset in Abu Dhabi. They charged 417 aed for breakfast for 2 people is a little bit too much I think. However my biggest disappointment was how the reception (which is the first place you get in the hotel) was not organized, they are very friendly staff and helpful most of the time, but it’s only 2 people working, and as they take too long doing the check in, the line gets longer,saw many people complaining, and they let others cut the line. it was very messy. the hotel is great and have huge potential, if they could change this tiny mistake of letting people waiting and being cut in line would be wonderful :)
