Breakfast buffet is amazing, the variety and quality was definitely worth it. Location worked really well for us being able to walk to MoE. Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Mall, City Walk and Jumeirah were all around 20 mins and so was Furjan, JBR/Marina and Bluewaters. Room was good and on a high floor. Only used rooftop pool once but it was great. Hotel sports bar was great for catching Euro games late night

Construction/renovation in lobby and entrance hampered access a bit but valet was still great. Switching 2 sets of elevators was a bit of a hassle (especially when half were out of order temporarily due to renovation)

This hotel is always my favorite and every time I visit Dubai, I stay there. It has a direct mall access, a lovely pool, and friendly staff. The breakfast was good too. The room was recently renovated which was something really needed.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which caused some inconveniences during my stay. The elevators were always busy and not all working, and the main entrance was under construction. Additionally, I encountered an unpleasant smell in my room that persisted despite requesting air freshener.

Our room was very clean, and very spacious. We were on the 20th floor in a Club Room. When meeting staff anywhere in the Hotel they were very courteous and always had a lovely greeting and a smile. We ate at the Club Room and also had breakfast some mornings in the Restaurant. At 6pm each night we attended Happy Hour, and the 4 of us were made to feel very welcome by all staff and after a week when we said goodbye, it was like leaving friends. A wonderful experience and holiday made even better by the wonderful staff.

When checking in a mistake was made with my credit card causing my Bank to stop my card. After a call to Australia in my room, at 3am Australian time, my card was reinstated.

I am quite a regular here , because of the convenient location within the Mall.

I checked out yesterday , and rarely write a review so quickly ! I would recommend NOT to use the hotel’s cars! The manager at hotel’s entrance is eager to get you one of their cars when you ask for a taxi. Their drivers are reckless and almost got us into an accident on way to airport . This is not the first time ! Every time I took their limo , had the same experience and I regretted ! It’s obvious these drivers are under pressure to finish their ride ASAP, which is Not safe for passengers ! Just take a regular Simple Taxi to reach safely to your destination !!!

location of the hotel is great. the room size was fantastic. service was very quick and staff were very responsive. we had a problem with something in the bathroom that was promptly fixed and an apology email for the inconvenience was received and much appreciated.

i had mentioned in my booking that we were travelling for a bachelorette/birthday and nothing extra was taken into consideration. there was a smell in the corridor nearby the service door that was very unexpected. the pool is smaller than expected and there were children heavily splashing around. there was construction and maintenance done around the 5th floor lobby.

Breakfast was a wonderful experience with great selection of food. Chomoda from Sri Lanka was very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our breakfast memorable, Thank you Chomoda. Our thanks also to the member of staff who looked after our room (1812). Again he went out of his way to be helpful and made us a small flower like arrangement with small towels and rose petals. Thank you Sudip from Nepal for making us feel special! On a down side we were not impressed with the staff outside the hotel who, when we were trying to go to the airport by taxi, allowed someone, who was not a member of the Sheraton staff, to bring one of his friend's cars, which was not a taxi. Instead of paying about AED68, we paid AED100. This should not happen. As a comparison, I pre-booked transport from the airport to the Sheraton which cost A$27. The man in the car that we hired was however pleasant and made our journey interesting.

Hotel is attached to The Mall of Emirates, easily accessible by pressing floor 2 in the lift. We also used the in-house spa for a pedicure and roof top pool. Staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding with many international - including many types of freshly squeezed juices. You won't be disappointed.

Breakfast finishes sharp at 10.30am so if you are changing time zones it can be a struggle. However the attached Mall has plenty of food options which are worth considering if you unlikely to be up in time.

One of the highlights of staying at this hotel is its direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The location is also ideal for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions. Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Hotel Mall of the Emirates was a memorable experience. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Dubai. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Service and cleanliness were amazing. And special thanks to Mr Jason who made our stay more special with his hospitality at more cafe on the 2nd floor and Ms Shanti who decorated our room with petals and towel swans since it was my birthday and the hotel staff that arranged a surprise cake for my birthday and balloons ! The jacuzzi was at a low temperature would have been nice hotter and the sauna was stuck at 70 not hot enough. And the steam room wasn’t working.

Very tasteful and modern refurbishment has made this older property on par with newer Dubai Luxury hotels. The rooms are spacious and the entire property is clean with a warm, vibrant ambience. Location is fantastic for those who like Mall of the Emirates and Al Quoz. Connectivity to Metro means you can avoid traffic getting to Downtown, Business Bay or even the airport.

Gym, though good with killer views, could be better. The in-room aircon would only allow you to adjust temperature by 3 degrees up or down.
