Overall the hotel is good, in room dining was good as that’s all we tried, I can’t comment on the other restaurants. Nice to have an adults only pool (I think this is weekend only)

3 out of 4 restaurants were closed due to private events when we were here. We were looking forward to eating at Ula but was told at 5pm they will be closing soon, we then went to the rooftop bar for sunset drinks and was also turnt away due to it being closed for an event. We then went to Boons and asked to have a menu they said we don’t serve food yet you’ll have to go to your room and order in room dining! If you are closing your restaurants you should inform guests of this when checking in it wasn’t great service.

Fast and efficient checkin and checkout; comfortable room and bed; good bathroom and shower; immaculately cleaned room; good controllable a/c; good free wifi; nice grounds and beach; quiet relaxing atmosphere even though the hotel was full; no waiting for elevators and not full; excellent friendly and attentive staff in all departments; good value buffet dinner at The Market (AED125 instead of AED150 if booked in advance at reception, including soft drinks)

Limited self-park parking spaces (need to use valet parking); lack of lighting in room; lack of view if on second floor facing the road, and noise from building on the next plot

the facility is amazing, new and everything is very on point. the room , the staff the pool temperature it was amazing

the only thing that i have not liked and i can see that many other customer mentioned it. its the food. the hotel must definitely do something about it. at some point the last night i literally was roaming around in the restaurant with an empty plate. i didnt find a single thing i can eat. i had to leave the hotel and go to a mall to eat. no variety, food tastes bad, for such an amazing hotel i think the chef need to really revisit his menu and def change it. change that and it would be by far the best hotel on the island.

Location is near Dubai but far from anything around. Room was very nice above my expectations and breakfast was good. Pool and the water obstacle course was so much fun and very good for adults and kids. We enjoyed our time

Breakfast was good but dinner was not good, specially all the food was called despite complaining about it for 2 days to Management. But no one cared to change the experience!! We regret choosing the half-board option. Although food itself looked very promising but any cold food would be bad.

the grounds were lovely and beach. also decor inside the lobby area very calming. the kids club and play ground.

the Ula beach club is lovely but doesn’t allow kids, they should make a kids section at the back since it’s a huge beach club, you could easily keep the adults only section round the pool and bar to maintain chill vibes for everyone.

The staff was super friendly and helpful especially the receptionists Hani and Arvind. The breakfast was great as well as the restaurants and rooftop bar.

The breakfast area was very crowded and the staff was removing your food even though it was clear that we did not finished eating (there was still food on our plates and we left our mobile phones on the table). This situation took place two times. Also, the bathroom was a bit stinky (under the shower).

Amazing and very spacious suite with panoramic view; always clean - thanks to the housekeeping. Many thanks also to all the hotel staff - always friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to make your stay at the hotel even better. Very nice and clean beach, lots of sunbeds and very green and cozy shoreline. Nice pool, especially at Ula. Also the cocktails are very good and unique. Ula has also very nice interior design and makes you feel the beach spirit and vacation environment. Food at the market restaurant was very delicious and various - every day was different selection of the food for any taste.

There is only one shower outside, but this did not make any inconvenience - no queue anyway. At the beginning was difficult to find the shower to was the feet from the sand - it is a bit hidden :)

Room size compared to type and number of users. Location of the room door, after a silly fire door separating our room and the opposite one away from corridor and other rooms. Balcony separation from next room was not private. The location of the toilet and shower area is not practical especially for a family, this room is good for couple only. The main swimming pool has 7 steps, the shallow part almost half the size, the deepest point is not much which this pool as a family pool.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Staff are amazing. The resort itself is very quiet and the hotel could do with a hoppa bus to the mall or other surrounding attractions as the restaurants in the hotel are expensive. Taxis are fairly cheap though. About £5 / 25 dirhams to the mall.

Food is Expensive and nothing much to do in the area outside of the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel though. And the beach, pool and gym and kiddies areas are fabulous.

The hotel was lovely. However the ALL inclusive wasn't organized well. Several times we were told that we were not down for all inclusive yet we had paid for this. This seemed to spoil the feel of the all inclusive atmosphere.
