Loved everything about it..we had come to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary there..the floor and room given was good 605 6th floor .had view of the pool plus the ocean. Just came to rest and relax The surprise cake at my room was amazing and tasty Loved the small clock at the room..its super helpful for a person like me. Food was plenty. We took half board . All staff super helpful. Outdoor pool is ok . Indoor pool didn't use There's a beach ( Turtle beach ) across the hotel which the hotel uses a buggy to tranfer you to.. We didn't use the service. Instead went using our own car and relaxed in the beach there.. Thank you Mr.Younus at the front reception to wish me and also extend our check out time.. Jiyas at the restaurant was always taking care of the customers by asking how the meal was. Mr Joshi the restaurant manager was always on rounds checking on everyone's needs.

The TV channel..nothing apt for us..do have more Indian hindi and other languages like tamil too cos in this hotel its more to relax The food served was good at restaurant but not hot..it was always cold...didnt enjoy that.So would like Mr.Joshi to rectify that .or else the menu was good and plentiful. Key got stuck twice but was rectified. Some toiletries were not kept until asked. The spa voucher are of no use as cost of a spa is 400dhs .. Reduce the hotel price instead of the voucher.

Cleanliness, elegance, spacious and the overall vibe made me feel like I travelled outside of UAE, not just a hotel staycation. Ibrahim at the front desk was very professional, friendly and welcoming. He even put an effort to make sure I was no longer disappointed by how his college treated me on the phone before checking out.

I was really disappointed by one of the staff members who called me and argued very aggressively and rude a couple of hours after I called the front desk a couple of times in the morning and requested a late check out and confirmed my check out at 2 pm, he calls me at 12:30 telling me he will be sending someone to take care of my check out at 12:30 and that i never called to request a late check out. My day instantly got ruined and wanted to leave this hotel.

Out door and indoor pools are good. Hotel has many restaurant options. Breakfast was good. Hotel has boardwalk along the sea and nice deck. Out door play areas and gardens are added advantage. Nice private beach (Turtle Beach) which is on the other side of the road. Guests can walk or board a free Golf Cart to reach the beach. Rooms are well appointed.

Quite loud music on the outdoor pool bar for many hours during the day & evening. The noise reaches in the rooms which is disturbing. This area has natural ambience with nice soothing sounds ( singing & tweets) of birds. Loud music just kills the birds sounds.

Rooms are spacious, friendly staff that are always smiling. We got a beautiful view of the pool and sea. It is a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was really good. The Lebanese restaurant Zaitouna House is a must try, their food was AMAZING!

The main thing we didn't like was that the beach was on the other side of the street, it was not "at the hotel", there was 1 golf cart available, and you are lucky if someone was around to drop you and pick you up. We had to cross the street with our kid, which was not ideal.

The room was huge! This was very good considering we are a family with a 6 year old and 1 year old. The pool is beautiful and so is the beach. The breakfast selection is really good and the food is tasty! The staff are all very pleasant!

Unfortunately the bed is not comfortable. Unless if you prefer a very very soft mattress. Our backs were hurting after our 2 night stay. If you are a light sleeper try and get a room with a pool view as the road noise kept going right through the night.

This is my second stay at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights, and our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are extremely helpful. We asked for extra bottled water one evening, and they remembered to give us extra every day. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and there was no issues with requesting towel change etc. Breakfast was good, and the food was replenished frequently. The lifeguards at the pool are friendly and helped us by setting up a parasol, and assisting us to move into a different spot when the wind picked up. The valet parking is very efficient, and we weren't kept waiting for long whenever we wanted our car. They even turned the AC on so that the car was cool when we got in.

We booked a junior suite, but when we entered the room we were disappointed as it was smaller than the King Suite we stayed at earlier in the year, despite the room details stating that it was nearly double the size. We were also given a pool view which was very loud due to the music, even with the balcony door shut. We asked to move and were given the correct room, with a garden view without any issues.

I like the birthday set up and complimentry cake which i didnt expect also room view was amazing I would like to mention few staff member like mr.sharik from reservation/mr.Hoissam FO and israfia +1 more boy who make up my room was nice and the resolved all the issue while cleaning I wish i will came again at such a calm place where u can see (sea and sky)

While check i found some cleaning issues like dusting specially spider web on main door beside the mini bar under the bathroom door also small chocolate cake pieces on carpet near study tablet ac grill was completely dusty Its not a fault of cleaner or manger the supervisor who inspect the room he didn't check these wide issues in room. I show everything to hk attendent and the resolved

The location, hotel room, and pools were all excellent. Complementary play cards were provided to kids with additional recharge options. Pirates Club was awesome. . There are lots of options at breakfast with a good view and great service. Outdoor pools were amazing, and lifeguards were very helpful. I informed the hotel earlier about my wife's birthday, and we were delighted to see a complimentary cake and fruit basket in the room. Thank you, Hotel Marjan. We will be back soon!

Pool timings were strange, closing at 6.40pm, and kids not allowed at the indoor pools. This should be clearly communicated on while booking. During sunny summer months, I would prefer to go outdoor pools post sunset.

The staff were generally nice, they were a bit rude when checking in, but it was smooth sailing from there. The room was very spacious, calming view and good breakfast. The staff were responsive and the facilities for the price point were more than worth it. Overall it was a really good get away to unwind and relax with a sea view. Highly recommend in winters as it seems like the perfect spot. I went in summers so it was a bit humid but the swimming pool made up for that. Would go again.

The hotel is quite old so some age is bound to show up but the clean up crew do an excellent job at making the place seem new. There were some spider web under the sink but it wasn't big deal. Staff at the reception is mixed, sometimes you might get lucky with someone really nice and sometimes not so much.

Our sea view suite was exceptional. It was so beautiful and super neat. The layout of the suite was impressive and we love the fact that there were enough space for all of us! The amenities are also of the highest quality. It was also filled up on request. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING with a huge variety to choose from. One can hardly eat everything that was offered. The omelets were beautifully done. Staff are super helpful, attentive and friendly.

There were only coffee mugs and glasses but no cutlery or plates or even cooking utensils. We brought food to cook but had to take it back home since there was nothing to cook it in. Since the suite has a kitchen it will be great if it can be equipped with all the necessities.
