A beautiful, peaceful spot to relax and unwind in the Perthshire countryside. It's less than a 5 min drive from Aberfeldy and very well signposted. I enjoyed a few days here with family and explored walks around the area. The staff were very attentive, particularly Callum in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and the space was well-maintained. I absolutely loved being around all the animals. Chickens and ducks enjoyed sitting nearby in our Garden Cottage and near the pond there were chicks and goslings tweeting away and following their Mums. Horses, cats etc too. Kids would love it.

Beautiful surroundings. Cosy cottage with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. The extra bonus was being able to buy treats and order delicious home made pizza from the family run delli Close by.

Nothing. We can understand how the road up to the cottage could worry some guests but we are used to living out in the countryside and have a 4x4 so it was not an issue for us. In fact it added to the peace and tranquility.

Such a beautiful location, and so peaceful around. The service was great, very attentive. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had lovely views from the window to admire the nature around. Breakfast was really tasty, very filling…as was the dinner too (would highly recommend the roast dinner on a Sunday!). What we also loved about this place was that they have their own deli shop with lots of amazing goodies in. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic location and beautiful cottage. Becky was a brilliant host and we had a wonderful time with the animals. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, sofas and beds very comfortable and lovely log fire. Take away pizza and deli food was an added bonus and delicious breakfast served in the restaurant.

Beautiful 5 star meals, staff were kind and helpful and the setting was incredible. Best thing was being able to watch all the birds whilst we ate! Also the little farm shop was amazing!

I missed there being a lounge away from the dining room to relax and read. Also room 5 outside bathroom is weird. Maybe it could be lockable with room 5 keys and also be labelled as private bathroom for room 5. Didn’t feel like it was ours and that some random people could wander in to use it.

The staff were fantastic they went out of their way to be accommodating. On the first morning I had a very early start before breakfast commenced so they made me a packed lunch and on the evening I arrived they kept the kitchen open to ensure I got dinner.

The lock on the bedroom door for some reason annoyed me! It was so close to the handle it was difficult to open - so there wasn’t much wrong with the place!

The breakfast "Pauls Special Oaks and Yogurt " were nice and filling. Also as we needed an early start one morning, Paul was very helpful. We also had toast, but nothing cooked. Maybe we should have tried it.

Everything and everyone were great. I am 5'8" and did find the bed a bit short.

This property has clearly been affected by COVID -19. The staff were welcoming, service was excellent and the food in the bistro for both dinner and breakfast was utterly outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with most amenities on hand. Bijou hotel which to which we will return. It was lovely to watch the ducks wander freely around the garden!

We were disappointed that the lounge area was out of use. We were a party of four with two rooms and it would have been nice to have had an alternative seating area other than the bistro. We had to ask for loo roll which I imagine was an oversight on behalf of housekeeping. Our bathroom smelled a little of dampness which was reported to reception but everything was clean and presentable.

The setting of the hotel surrounded by a peaceful garden and the quality in details. Wonderful breakfast, dinner and very friendly and professional staff.

lack of privacy. the connecting room leaks voices from next door. Perhaps a guests lounge would have been great.

This is in a beautiful site with fabulous views . A real treat of private luxury. The hosts went above and beyond to help us. The excellent Bistro is ideal for meals if cooking is not part of your stay.
