Brilliant location, staff (only the one gentleman i spoke to when i arrived) he was super friendly and helpful, room i stayed in was always clean! I wasn’t sure what to expect first time staying in a hostel but i enjoyed my stay.

Not the staffs fault however more of a complaint to the other people staying at the hostel but a few times the kitchen was dirty, it’s not difficult to clean up after yourself and put your stuff away, also leaving expired foods in the fridge especially meats should be thrown away. Also not sure if this lady was staff if not but i got yelled at for leaving the fridge open for like 5 seconds whilst i was putting food i bought into the fridge, she was old and had short hair and she slammed the fridge door shut on me whilst i was still trying to put stuff away. not sure if she was staff of not but if she was she needs to call down a bit

I asked for a single sex dorm and was accommodated. There was always someone available if I had questions or concerns and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and thw rooms were clean, my best hostel experience to date! The location is also super convenient with most attractions within hiking distance and a bus stop right outside jf you were going further/didn't want to hike. The village has all amenities you might need too :)

Nothing, Bushmills was fab and I will stay again!

The facilities in the room were wonderful. I stayed in a 4 sharing room, with two beds on each level. The bathroom was clean and there was a cupboard to keep each person's belongings. The kitchen space was good with equipment to prepare any food one desires, with 2 convenience stores right next door. A beautiful small village to relax in and the personnel were very friendly and helpful

The cleanliness in the kitchen was something that could be improved. Not all the kitchen appliances were clean. Also, another major point would be, it would have been good to have a provision to lock the cupboard in the room.

Absolutely excellent. Like a luxury resort hotel with the value of a hostel. Large and beautiful, quiet and comfortable spaces, incuding community ones, perfect utilities, fantastic bedrooms, even dorm beds like good private ones, two level with a stairway dorm with individual beds upstairs. Impressive, incredable!

One evening there was a fire alarm, there was also a leakage the ceiling in the restaurant (but close to the windows and small, so not disturbing); also, some repairs in progress in the same dining room, but not breaking the comfort.

The location of the hostel was perfect as just outside was a bus stop that gets you along the causeway coast and the other side of the road to Coleraine Station. The staff were incredibly helpful, and considering I had a lot of questions this was well appreciated.

Only thing I found annoying was the stove, you have to light it but the gas was faltering when trying to light it, but luckily the staff were very good trying to help me get it up and running.

Every hostel should be like this . Lovely staff , great communal areas . Huge dining room , lounge with tv . Kitchen with free communal food. Great location on bushmills high street. Bus stop to giants causeway and Coleraine right outside the front door. Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Close to all the pubs and shops as well. All very clean.

All it needs is a bit of paint in the bathrooms and maybe upgrade the carpets on the landings and update the chairs in the lounge area as they are a little tired . I'm being picky as it is totally acceptable as it is . I really enjoyed it and would stay there again in a heartbeat

We stayed here whilst attending the NW200 racing, there was a lockable courtyard so our bikes were safe and sound at night time. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for our stay

No towels provided which although didn't really matter, I hadn't realised this until it was time for a shower, so I had to use a t-shirt to dry myself. The pillow on the bed was like a sheet of paper, I had to fold it about 3 times to make it deep enough for me to sleep on.

Comfy beds Relaxed vibe Great location Lovely staff Free parking a few doors down Bus stop just outside 2 shops for essentials within a minutes walk Great WiFi Clean dining area

The cooker was tricky to use The bed sheets and duvet were very worn The rooms and bathroom were a bit dirty The living room furniture was uncomfortable and dated to relax in.

Great location as a base for the Causeway Coast. I am a disabled person and the room I booked was up 2 flights of stairs. When I arrived my legs had gone and the lovely Felicity not only helped me with my bags but upgraded me to a specially adapted room on the ground floor at no extra cost. I am so grateful to her for this kindness.

It's a bit impersonal and obviously geared for large groups but I was there in January so it was pretty empty and I travel .solo and enjoy meeting other travellers. But that's not a complaint as it's the middle of winter and the weather, although great during my 2 night stay , usually puts people off this time of year.
