This B&B is amazing, the room we stayed in had recently been redecorated to a very high standard. The bed was so comfortable & huge in size. The room had tea & coffee facilities with a mini fridge with fresh milk for the tea & water also provided. The breakfast menu provided great choice including porridge or homemade pancakes/waffles or full Ulster fry. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast we had the Ulster fry. It was delicious & even included homemade potato & soda bread made by the host's wife. Overall this B&B is excellent in every way. We highly recommend a stay at this B&B.

Absolutely everything! Our second stay at Carnalbanagh House and everything was absolutely excellent, the location is wonderful. The room was beautiful with amazing views and the breakfasts were delicious with so much choice, and all home made. The hosts Shaun and Irene were fantastic and so welcoming, we will definitely return why stay anywhere else!

There is nothing not to like about Carnalbanagh House, it is absolutely wonderful. If you don’t chose to stay here you are certainly missing out on the best B&B in Port Stewart with the most perfect hosts.

The list is endless: from our initial welcome by the owner, Sean and ,his family; the cleanliness of our room and all it's contents: Sean's changing us to a downstairs room because my wife was recovering from knee replacement; the fantastic breakfasts: the proximity to so many of the local places of interest. Above all the feeling that you were welcome in their house.

The host was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and cute. The place was well decorated and we enjoyed out stay. Location was great. Went down to Castle Rock beach to watch the sunset it was incredible.

Didnt get to see any highland cows, no really a negative but would have been fun. Finding a place to eat was difficult but it was Easter and things were quite busy.

The outside view was amazing. You could see the ocean, the farms and they have animals there. The house itself was lovely and Sean the owner went over and above to help us make reservations and make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful. 2 of us are Gluten Free and the pancakes they made for us were some of the best I've had.

We stayed in the King Room (Carrick) & it had just been decorated. Everything was done extremely well, the family were very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional with many items all home baked. The pancakes stack with berries was amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, just few mins drive to Portstewart & was a very quiet, peaceful situation.

Lovely welcome.felt right at home. Room was perfect and so clean with everything neccessary to stay away from home. Breakfast was amazing and all home made .just wish I could have tried the home made strawberry jam on a piece of toast but was full already from the amazing porridge and breakfast fry . Coffee was good too. Definitely recommend Carnalbanagh House and will be back to stay another time. Added bonus of lovely views.

Was in a rural setting, surrounded by fields with a great view close to the coast. The garden was very well maintained with a pond, lots of water plants and goldfish. Friendly reception even though we walked through the wrong door! The bedroom was beautifully presented, with a handpainted signature wall and comfortable seating and wonderful view. Even breakfast lived up to it's presentation online. The cinnamon eggy sourdough bread was delicious and we'd highly recommend staying if only for the breakfast! The bed was very comfortable as well and excellent provision of tea/coffee/biscuits as well as milk/chilled water in the room fridge. Great room facilities (bathrobes, ample shower gel shampoo amd conditioner etc) with modern additions of wifi charging/USB ports in the bedside lamps. Even a pair of binoculars was provided which we enjoyed using. We had a very relaxing time. Thank you.

Only suggestion would be having a decaf tea/coffee option in the room but it's a small point.
