This is a fabulous location for exploring the Causeway Coast and it is a perfect place to stay within Portrush. The restaurants and town centre are just a few minutes walk away and there is quick and easy access to the West and East Strands. The decor is dated but the accommodation is clean and the towels are beautifully soft and sparkling white! Timothy is a wonderful host who is generous with his time and always happy to have a chat. He is extremely friendly and very helpful and enthusiastic about recommending restaurants, places to visit, routes to take, etc. His wife, Sam, is equally friendly and together they offer a very welcoming service.

The decor is in need of modernisation but if you overlook that and enjoy the quirkiness this is an ideal location and the best value in the area.

It is in a very central location in Portrush, which is a very central location to explore the Antrim coast. We were in Room 1, which was very comfortable, and also had a great bay window with chairs to look out at the beach and activity going by. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.

Parking is on the street. We did not have a problem parking the first night during the week, but the weekend was a challenge. It was a nice weather, and locals were at the beach and boardwalk. Also, we had to miss breakfast the day we left because it was not served early enough for our timing.

The location and views are outstanding. The room size was excellent and had been decorated since the photos. The bathroom was bright and light. The host welcome was very friendly and informative. We were lucky on a sunny weekend to get parked on the street outside which is free. It was easy walking around the seaside area with good local facilities

Room next door slammed their door and front door every time they went out well into the small hours. Bed mattresses needed replacement, they were uncomfortable. Toiletries were a little lacking

The hosts were just so lovely, friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Stunning views and in a superb location. Lovely breakfast! This place has the potential to be excellent. Hard to write a negative because the hosts were Amazing but I do need to.

This is hard to write because the hosts were Amazing! The big double bed I was on was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the bed. The hand towels and face washers were cut up pieces of old towel which was surprising and disappointing. Never seen this before.

The view from our room was exceptional. The host, Tim, was second to none. Harbour Heights is in the heart of Portrush.

The bed was uncomfortable, noisy and small. We were unable to have a shower as the cold water was not coming through but having spoken to Tim he was unaware of this problem and was hoping to have it repaired immediately.

Location was perfect. 1 minute from train station & 1 minute from harbour. Close to restaurants and directly facing the beach. The view from our window was stunning. Room was clean. Hot shower & comfy bed. Everything we needed from a traditional B&B Sam & Tim were lovely & helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer

The property is in a great location with spectacular views! Walk out the front door and you are on the beach front. The host was very attentive and very helpful with suggestions for meals and things to do and seemed genuinely concerned with how our stay went.

One of the rooms that we rented was on the top floor and i'm pretty tall and bumped my head a bit on the slanted ceiling. Not a big deal, but i would have been more comfortable in one of the lower rooms. Overall, it was great, though.

View from the room was awesome. Timmothy was a great host and helpful. Good location to walk to anything.

Parking not ideal. While it’s free street parking, there is very limited space and we had to haul luggage a good distance including lots of stairs. We were also there during the off season so a lot of places had very limited hours.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and staff always helpful. Room had a spectacular view over the harbour. Great that windows could be opened for the fresh sea air on hot nights. Good sized room that was clean and bright and everything you needed. Breakfast was great and the 'pre-book' cooked breakfast system meant you got what you wanted, cooked how you wanted it. Also good choice of juices, cereals, fruits and breads on a 'help yourself' basis. Overall a terrific stay. Thank you.

Minor gripe (and just picky me) the big bed was great but you could feel the springs in the mattress which was a tiny bit uncomfortable for me (even with me having plenty of 'padding' of my own!). Maybe a mattress topper would be a benefit. Feel bad saying anything negative about Harbour Heights because we had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again .

Great location near to the harbour and beach. We paid the extra to have a view and it was well worth it - lovely bay window and comfy seats. Hosts were very welcoming.

We were lucky to get a parking spot nearby but it was super busy and could be tricky - we were there at the high season. A lot of traffic passing by.
