The cleanliness of the whole hotel was spot on. nothing out of place, the bed was clean with great quality crisp white bedding and it was really comfortable. my husband and I slept really well. The hotel seemed quiet despite it being quite full, eg no doors banging. All the facilities worked with lots of hot water, wash lotions provided in pump style bottles. Ample opportunities to plug in your electricals and the hotel provide a hairdryer, kettle (tea coffee, hot chocolate etc) The staff were extremely accommodating and any request wasn't too much trouble. 24 HR reception which worked well for us as we didn't get back until after midnight and we were welcomed back with a friendly polite face. We asked for some more milk for the room as we had already had several cups before we had left and the staff happily provided no questions asked. The dining area was spotless and we really liked the oriental display causing a calm peaceful place to dine, The food was lovely great quality sausages and bacon. The hotel has a clean working lift to the first floor only which was welcomed due to my disabilities, We would Highly recommend The Bingham town house hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about The Bingham town house. I would have liked a mirror at the dressing table/desk but I'm sure if I had asked for one the staff would have accommodated my request.

Staff were very friendly and were keen to make sure you had everything you needed. Good selection of food for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was the best ever. We were very close to the market square which on this occasion was eventing a beer festival with outdoor entertainment. This did not impact on the meal we had in the restaurant in the square. Later that evening we had a drink in the b&b and after seeing the excellent restaurant we will be eating there next time. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting and we especially enjoyed the pianist who was performing that evening. Parking was appreciated and the location was good for visiting Nottingham and the beautiful countryside with the river Trent close by.

Continental breakfast was basic but fine. Room was adequate and I was pleased to have a bath - an unexpected treat. A lift facility was a big bonus.

Breakfast could maybe have given boiled egg or cold meat option for cheese. A map of Bingham available for guests would be useful if one exists, the hotel staff drew me a map of possible dog walks. Getting to hotel was via a one way system which was unexpected and then you came upon the hotel entrance very quickly, maybe signage to guide you round could be better.

We stayed in one of the rooms recommended by them as we have trouble walking far. The lift was adjacent to the Reception area and the room was only a few steps away when we came out of it. Very pleasant room and shower room, Everything you could need was there. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

We smoke and there was nowhere to sit and do so, so we sat in the car at regular intervals. We know it's non PC but many places do have a smoking facility. I don't know where it could be however.

Excellent breakfast . The bacon was particularly good and perfect poached egg. Nice spacious room with loads of power points exactly where they should be. Very quiet. Nice warm room on a very cold day.

It was quite tricky to get the balance right for the shower, which was an over the bath shower. The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived and the car park was very full. We were eating elsewhere so that wasn’t a problem. The entrance to the hotel is fairly unprepossessing and the reception area and staircase are quite pokey but the room was very good.

I've stayed before in a superior suite, this time it was in a single bedroom... oh my word much better, the bed was so comfortable. All the other furniture in the room was lovely. Yes it needs a bit of TLC, the main reception, carpets and walls need a lick of paint and updating, however worth the money. The breakfast was tasty, well presented and rather special. Parking great. I arrived and was checked in by a young man who was friendly and polite and gave me the breakfast information, plus all the food options onside. I went to my room on the 2nd, I was cosy with 2 windows in the corner of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I was very impressed with the full-fledged Chinese Restaurant on the ground floor. I would definitely return. 5 star service

Lovely staff, good room though a tad on the small size. Clean and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast and hotel is also a chinese takeaway, so extremely easy to get evening meal. Good location. There is parking but not the easiest to park your car - having to avoid blocking next door residents and businesses. Also, there was car washing, repair , maintenance happening in the car park making noise and dust. All added up to making using the car park a little chaotic. Besides this, everything else was good. We stayed at one of the hottest times (29 degrees) no aircon in the room made for a sleepless night. However, a fan had been placed outside our door on the following morning, so if we had been staying 2 nights, would have used it. Staff were friendly, welcoming and thoughtful.

Restaurant exellent as was service and food. What makes it special is seeing you both and now little one at the front! Your staff are well trained , the European girl was lovely served our drinks and was very attentive. I just forget where she was from but was going home on holiday.Loved the top room first time I had been there when it’s finished.Your outside bar is really well thought out hope it takes off.

Next time I will request a little larger room but for 1night had everything necessary. I’ve stayed in your better rooms several times so I’m being biased. Had I not there was nothing wrong with the room at all. Also I know we’ve turned dog friendly after covid but at breakfast a couple had a dog and sat it on the seat. I don’t think that’s good.

What an excellent place this is? It looks a bit tawdry in the booking.com listing, but the standard and attention to detail is remarkable. It has an excellent Cantonese restaurant - well worth booking yourself in. Then breakfast is also superb. In the rooms, it's the little things, like a cold water filter, plenty of charging points, complementary biscuits. Full marks to the owners who clearly know what they're doing & how to look after people

Could do with rebranding/image relook? Don't take away from its character, but touches that express how well run the place is
