My sister and I liked the breakfasts which were cold and 'help yourself' and laid out on the landing so that we could take what we wanted and and eat in our bedroom at a time that suited us. There was a mini fridge in the room to store milk and juice. The pub was in the middle of Bingham which was convenient and only a mile or so away from the family we were visiting. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We thought it was great that a member of staff came on the two days we were there to see that we had what we wanted and empty the bins.

The room was on the second floor and we were a bit dismayed to find the second flights of stairs were very steep, as both my sister and I have slight health issues. However, we managed. A sign on the bathroom door warning that there was a step down into the bathroom would be an improvement as would a grab bar in shower (which was otherwise very good and suitable for elderly/disabled people).

We booked and arrived very late and so couldn't fault the staff and check in process at all really. Lovely place to stay. Beer was excellent but we didn't arrive early enough for food and so can't review that, excellent chinese takeaway a stones throw away and a lovely little breakfast cafe over the marketplace.

Although the room was lovely and the mini fridge and juice etc was a welcome extra, there was no breakfast option - again this was mainly our fault for the late booking so we were just pleased for the bed, the room was lovely but on the smaller side so I would recommend removing the unnecessary massive drawing cabinet from the end of the bed to de-clutter the room.

Location approx 12 miles from A11. Arrived late and Jess was very welcoming. No cooked breakfast but they have a section where the rooms are which has continental food available which was excellent quality and 1st class hygiene. Fridge with cheese, ham, Orange juice. Cloche covered plates with muffins, flapjacks, croissants etc.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I ate at the restaurant downstairs - the food was wonderful and reasonably priced.

Some of the ceilings were a bit low, but that’s to be expected with older buildings.

Lovely rooms. Comfy bed. Loved the breakfast hamper and mini fridge in room. Great to have a fan in the room. Lady who delivered the breakfast hamper was very friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have been shown to room. Entrance to rooms up the metal fire escape wasn’t the best! Sink plug hole and top of drawer unit at end of bed hadn’t been cleaned properly (cup mark on unit)

The property was lovely and nice rooms.

The toilet was blocked for the stay. When we mentioned it to the cleaner we were told they knew about the issue. Disappointing this was known about prior to arrival and not fixed / another option given.
