Super spacious apartment, which was well equipped for self-catering with an M&S food hall very close by. There was also a good variety of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. We were there for the cricket at Trent Bridge and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Booking.com should flag up the fact that, even though we had paid in advance, card details were still required by the property for a security deposit. This led to a lot of messages going between myself and the property because I was advised by Booking.com not to give my card details. So some stress involved which could have been avoided with better advice.

I love this accommodation, its central location, parking, decor and amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful people. For me it’s perfect, I stay at the Birchover Residence when I spend time with family. There is a bus stop close by with regular services into Nottingham City Centre. Restaurants, shops, library and registry office are all adjacent on The Avenue . Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Forest and County Football Clubs are five minutes walk away. There are gyms with swimming pools in West Bridgford and also The Reformer Pilates Studio has its flagship studio within walking distance.

Just a couple of minor things, Anti slip mats in the showers as the shower cubical floor is slippy. The bin in the kitchen area of Millicent apartment had a broken lid. There are steps from the living area of this apartment to the bedroom and shower area and also from the lift to the 1st floor apartment, which, for me, having disabilities, were difficult to negotiate, especially with luggage. However, I should have checked this out myself, as I do know that there are apartments without steps.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. They left us some milk too and the apartment is very well equipped including g dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods...very nice apartment

We didnt get the email with the door code directly from the company. But did get one through booking.com buy the door entry code didn't work and we had to make a some calls to get in. Same with the key safe outside the room, which we were given the wrong number for so had to call again. Same again for the WiFi codes as they were also in the email that we didnt get. Not a huge big deal and the staff are very helpful, but you can do without it when you are arriving after several hours of travel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. We love the location and the apartment. it has good facilities and the size of the rooms is fab.

In the en-suite bedroom, at the far left hand side there is a very bad damp patch with what looks like mould. it was being partially hidden by a fan but I wouldn’t expect to find that in an apartment that costs this much. Generally the walls could be re-painted as there is a lot of marks and fat splashes in the kitchen. The light over hob didn’t work. In the second bedroom we searched for some additional pillows in the drawer under the daybed. The drawer was very dirty.

great location, very well appointed, nice and quiet, exactly what I was looking for and would happily stay here again if I was in the area.

if I was being really picky, the only negatives would be that it was boiling hot when we got there, with no obvious was=y of turning the heat down, so resorted to turning down radiators. Also it’s a bit faffy having to put the key tab into the holder to turn the lights on, esp when coming and going to bring stuff in or out, this meant the kids kept having to sit in the dark while I was unloading and loading the car. Both minor points in an otherwise great stay.

The beautiful building and the luxurious feel of the very spacious apartment. The owner was really accommodating in that he kindly allowed us to have a slightly extended departure time (of 30 mins, agreed with him in advance). Fabulous shower. Great location for our plans that weekend,(3/4 miles from Colwick Parkrun)!

It was indicated we'd have a park or city view. Ours was mostly car park from the Cook Suite which was okay but not 100% as we might have expected. In fairness, we could see a tennis court too & some greenery.

Beautiful apartment and an ideal base for our family trip to Trent Bridge for a weekend of Women’s Ashes. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Very thankful for the fans on a warm summer evening.

Key fob was initially missing on arrival, but quickly resolved by a phone call to the contact number. The adjacent park was quite noisy outside the children’s bedroom window but they were so tired it didn’t bother them!

stunning property, renovated tastefully & very stylish

I’d have been happier if the mattress had a proper protector on under the sheet (there wasn’t one) & the duvet wasn’t a thin summer one (it was sub zero outside). The pillows weren’t great either & again, better ones with pillow protectors on them would’ve been a better choice for such a luxury apartment. Given sleep & bed comfort is the most important aspect of an overnight stay, more attention to this would be well received. Mattress very comfortable & the rest was beautiful & excellent, thank you.

The bed was a little but hard for me, but I like a soft mattress and could have done with a couple of extra pillows as the ones we had were quite flat, but again, I like big fluffy pillows so it's just personal preference
