Warm welcome from Staff Member Lee. Beautiful clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast a combination of hot food as ordered the night before plus help yourself set up to yogurts, fruit, toast, cereal bars, cereal, teas coffees etc- no issues whatsoever with this. We enjoyed the lovely warm atmosphere in the bar area with friendly locals- pub appears to be a real asset and important part of the village

Toilet constantly running and cistern refilling ( noticed during the night) and sink plug in bathroom blocked- both reported to staff so hopefully will be rectified- they took note

This was a little treat for myself and I was not disappointed. A beautiful country style pub with exceptionally friendly staff. The bedroom itself was magnificent with a large bed and seating area. The on-suite had a fantastic walk in shower. The room was warm and inviting and I loved the exposed beam features. Breakfast was served fresh in the separate kitchen and was delicious. I can also highly recommend the evening meals. Mine was fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend The Busfeild Arms and look forward to returning.

I stayed at the Busfeild Arms with my bridal party the night before my wedding which was at a venue close by. We had the most wonderful stay. Donna greeted me on my arrival and showed me round the rooms upstairs. All the rooms were so beautiful and have everything we could have needed. We had food downstairs on the evening and everything was so tasty. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the beds were so comfortable. This was such a great place for getting ready with ample amount of space. Thank you for having us!

Room was absolutely beautiful. Large, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Clean and so spacious. All little extras and luxurious.Excellent. We left early so no cooked breakfast but adequate continental breakfast. Dining room upstairs separate from the main dining area downstairs. Plenty of cereal, fruit, cereal bars and toast. Really enjoyed it . Very surprised as it was above a pub, but it was quiet, warm and worth a stay. Would highly recommend.

Initially when walking into a busy pub, was not impressed. Obviously very popular in Keighley. Can’t believe the luxury in the our room though.

Great stay - loved the room and the "open kitchen" kitchen shared between the 3 rooms for coffee / snacks etc prior to hot breakfast being served. Those of us staying were 3 of a party of 12 who had dinner together for a family celebration of my mothers life. My mum liked the pub and was a regular visitor (with her horse!) over some 20 years - and while time has passed, the pub is still spot on! The whole stay and dinner was excellent - and the food really was top class pub fare!

We didn't notice anything.

The room was lovely and in a nice location with East Riddlesden Hall just five minutes away. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Quite a loud, busy pub on a Saturday night. This isn't 'bad' as such, obviously it's great that the pub has lots of trade, it's just we were hoping for a quiet break and I hadn't realised (I didn't see anything on previous reviews) that karaoke would be on until midnight. I'm just putting this on here so other people can have a heads up before booking.

Full breakfast very good (a good range of other options). On-site parking was good. Nice room and en-suite. Good location just outside of town/city centre. Staff were great. We had an evening meal which was nice. Menu range was the usual pub grub . Starter/main/dessert all good. The access to movies was a nice surprise.

Everything was great. Maybe just have a few more local attractions listed along with the other leaflets however it’s not really necessary in the days of mobile phone/wifi access.

Quiet village location between Keighley & Bingley, excellent for visiting East Riddleston National Trust property & walking along the canal to see the impressive five lock Bingley Rise. Very friendly staff & choice of food downstairs in the pub. Impressive bedroom! Plenty of on-site car-parking. Possible to have an early start if needed as breakfast is available self-service style from the guest kitchen/dining room by the bedroom or from 8am onwards if a cooked breakfast is preferred.

We stayed in Sunnyvale room which had an en-suite shower room and a lovely double bed. All very good. Breakfast was ordered the night before and brought up to a small breakfast room next to the 3 bedrooms. We had the full English breakfast which was very good. There is a kettle in the breakfast room to make drinks to have with your breakfast, and also a kettle in your room. There was fresh milk available in the fridge along with orange and apple juices. There was also continental breakfast and cereals available. We also had dinner at the pubs restaurant, which was also good. The staff were lovely and made us very welcome.

I would have liked a mug to drink from in the bedroom!

Staff were very nice and friendly upon arrival. When being shown our room it was very clean and looked after. The small communal kitchen area was very nice it made it feel like a home from home! We went downstairs for dinner and our table was booked for us for the whole evening. One of us had something from the specials board and the other had from the main menu. Food was delicious! Very flavourful and very good portions! Food was Hot and fresh. When we went upstairs to bed, I had a very lovely deep bath. It was a great length too so it meant my boyfriend couldn't complain that the bath was too short and he could enjoy a bath and relax too. Noise from downstairs was minimal. And meant that we didnt need the telly loud and didnt cause us any sleep disturbances. Placing our breakfast order the next day was very easy. And food for breakfast arrived on time. Hot and fresh.

It was rather cold. I was disappointed that the fire in our room was just for show and couldnt actually be used. Im a very cold person and suffer from poor blood circulation so the fire would have been perfect. The back fire door needing to be open until very late meant that upstairs was very cold.
