Check in was easy, the room was clean and had a great view. It was small but not a bad thing, it was perfect for what I needed it for. The WiFi was good and stable. Everything was fully stocked. The location was great and worth the money on its own.

Only thing I struggled with was the heating. It was great it worked but it worked too well, it was on the entire stay and the adjuster on the radiator didn't make a difference. It was hot hot even on the snowflake setting. I had to keep cooling the room by propping the window open. This was particularly an issue at night on Saturday because it meant it was too loud from the seafront clubs. I shut the window and put up with being too hot.

I liked the view of the garden. I liked the modest room, it was clean and well-kept. The bedding was freshly ironed. For a tired tourist arriving at a hotel of this class, a nice welcome in the form of a self-service bar, i.e. the possibility of drinking tea with milk or coffee early in the morning. It is a great comfort, despite the high floor and the hotel without an elevator. as well as the possibility of using the shower and toilet next to the hotel room. recommended for everyone, especially for couples on the weekend

However, I would prefer in another part of the hotel with the main entrance.. without the interference of the hotel staff. I would prefer to share a bathroom with one of the guests. However, the price should remain the same due to the lack of access to the hotel reception

The room was clean and comfortable also the size was reasonable. The bed was very comfortable compared to other beds I have experienced.

The toilet flush was not powerful, also I had a disaster attempting to figure out how to use the shower. By the time I figured it out the middle temperature bit fell on the floor and broke which we gave to reception. The windows have a disturbing rattle. I am not sure if it's the wind that causes it or the friction from people moving about on the above flooring.

The ease in communication even though it was all my messages. The ground floor family room was better for my sister who has disabilities. The room was very quiet, and very clean. The double bed and single bed was very comfortable. Facilities were provided that are flaws with the room, i.e a radiator as the room did get cold the first morning. And a fan, as the room did get too hot without the ability to open the windows at the back. It was very sunny the second. day. The walk in shower was nice. And the shower was quite powerful and easy to use.

I am quite tall and didn’t like the door to the room with the bar to close was too low. I banged my head a few times. I didn’t like that there was no table or chairs in the room The numbering to number 23 was confusing and so we had a lot of false turns. I had to rely on Wi-Fi as my phone signal was poor, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak to our room. Wished there was more plugs. As we had to unplug the tv to plug the kettle in, The right side plug in the back room made a sizzling sound when I plugged my iPhone in, and so immediately stopped using it. Nowhere to store clothes out of view, unless you kept them in your suitcase.

Prompt communication and service. There was a fridge in the room which was great after having been to the beach. Was quiet in our room since we were situated at the uppermost part. Wifi in the room. Welcome water upon arrival. The place is near to the beach and to convenient stores.

Controlling the shower temperature was quite a challenge for me: you need to turn it on halfway only and tolerate the weak flow of water ( do not turn it on full ) to get the right temperature, otherwise you will have to choose between boiling hot or ice cold water.

Property was lovely and clean. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and the pier.

I booked a family room. Myself and 2 children. I Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs practically into the attic with luggage a buggy and child. Which was very difficult on my own. One set of stairs was very narrow. No parking at the property means the Nearest car park was a good 10 minute walk, to the property up hill with luggage. Lovely property. But not for families with young children and buggies.

Location was more than I expected! I was blown away! For my first time in Brighton it was definitely a positive experience and I will be returning

When we got to the room we found all the milk was finished by a previous customer, the wrappers were in the bowl which wasn’t ideal. We would have loved for this to be restocked. I did have to go out and buy milk for my coffee

The location.comfortable bed.and lay out of room.provided kettle tea and coffee.Good t.v.and remote controls.

The only disappointment was a rat came from underneath the bed and ran to the radiator and ran back after I moved.i was offered another room but decided to stay as I loved the view from the room.The staff did apologise for the vermine.

These are 2 hotels in 1. And only 2 cleaners?!!!...Also when a room was vacant the man receptionist went to check so I imagine that should there be tips for the room cleaners the tips are taking by him!..the cleaners should be first in going to the rooms!...SO PLEASE GUEST GIVE THE TIPS TO THE CLEANERS HAND...NEVER LEAVE TIPS INSIDE ROOMS!!

Very good location. Close to the beach, 5 minutes away from the pier and 10 minutes from the city center. Great pubs in the area. Room was recently renovated and very clean.
